Worst haircut of my life... We showed her a picture and she decided just to do her own thing. I asked her not to touch my bangs... And now they are almost gone I asked her to not touch the top of my hair and keep the back longer.... The back is completely shaved and the top is as short as can be... I have lost all self confidence... Upon the haircut being done I got up and walked out without saying a word. I left looking like a lesbian who runs a McDonald's like it's the navy...

I brought my son here for a haircut. Let me start by saying me and two of my sons always use Great Clips but we go to the one on Indian River Road and have liked it there. Anyway I had a coupon for a haircut that I gave to my son to use when he went in. He came out when he was finished and told me that they couldn't honor the coupon because it was for the other location which I do understand I get it it's not the same store even though it's the same company, I guess the address was on there and I didn't realize it so I do get it. Believe me I do, there's policy for a reason and I don't normally argue with that but this is what happened. The girl that cut his hair said she couldn't honor the coupon but she would give him $2 off his haircut then she proceeded to take the coupon rip it and not give it back. I called and asked to have my coupon back or the equivalent because I feel that was ridiculous and to take the coupon if you didn't honor it. I worked at Marc's and if somebody came in with a Giant Eagle coupon I obviously would tell them we couldn't honor that coupon but then I would hand it back to them so they could use it at the proper store. The manager did tell me I could come back in and get my coupon and that the only thing they ripped off was the address but I asked, did you tell him when you gave him that $2 that you were giving him that in lieu of taking that coupon and confiscating it? She tried to explain the policy to me again and I said I understand the policy but do you understand where I'm coming from? Did you tell him before you did that that you were going to take the coupon because there's still two people in the family that could have used it. I didn't bother to go pick it up because she told me she ripped the address off of it and I'm going to assume that the other Great Clips won't take it after that either so it is what it is it was just a bad experience. I don't feel I needed a lesson in policy I feel like they needed a lesson in diplomacy.

The girls are so friendly here! Got my hair trimmed and, I think her name is Brittany, did a great job! Found my go to salon as I will be back when I need my hair trimmed again! 😀
