Was in today too get a haircut. Went too pay,and realized i didnt have my wallet. After searching my car, i realized, i left it at home. My husband was nearby and stopped too pay for me. I sat and waited for him. As embarassing as it was, the staff was very kind and understanding. At no time did they make me feel like i was not going too pay. They assured me it was fine. I not only got a great haircut, but they were all very sweet and understanding. Ty !!

I love the mobile check-in and how you can see the wait time before you even get in the car.
Even with clip notes though, I've realized a simple trim is very much left to interpretation. And when you do get someone that gets it right, they are only there for one or two cuts, then never seen again.

Awesome staff. Wait time was minimal. Cut my hair the way I like it. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was able to take my verbal description of how I want my hair, despite what was in the computer, and make my cut the way I wanted it. Great job!
Requested style: Shaved on sides to show scalp, cut on top short enough to comb straight back. She did this without having to recut the top more than once. She got it on the first time.

Came in here with my best friend she signed in I didn't was told wouldn't have time to trim my hair but yet this couple came in who wasn't signed in either she took them right back before my best friend was has been signed in made her wait the girl cut 2 peoples hair who wasn't on the list all because she knew them smh I won't be coming back here after this!!
