I encountered numerous issues with H&R Block that left me extremely dissatisfied. My attempts to file online my 2023 taxes were met with unresponsive tax professionals, payment processing errors, and a lack of effective resolution from customer service. Despite promises for follow-up, the response was slow and insufficient, culminating in a mere discount offer that failed to address the real impact of their service failures, including potential IRS penalties. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend H&R Block online for tax services.

We have been coming here for years and we usually see Norma.... unfortunately she retired this year ? but....in any case we had the pleasure of meeting Charlie Wilson!!! And I must say he was "Outstanding" So I believe he will be taken care of us from here on out!! ? Thanks Charles!!!

Everything is perfect with h&r block other than the price it would have been five stars if it didn't cost me over $300 just to get them done. So you get paid $300 for 20 minutes from me LOL I get maybe 180 or $200 but $300 and more holy cow other than that you guys are amazing top notch.
