Told bike was inspected good to go. Brake fluid was milky. Forks had been leaking dipping on brakes unable to see untill pulled apart. Ther tech replaced the stater now inner primary is leaking. Less than 50 mile ridden. Cant beleave they would let the these safety items on the bike and let it roll. Then wont do anything about it. Thieves DONT BUY FROM THEM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A RESPECTFUL BUSINESS!!!!!

Fantastic experience as an out of state buyer. Every question answered ahead of time. Full transparency on pricing. Pick up experience was smooth and easy. It’s a bit of a drive for me but the staff and experience make it worth it. I will shop here for any future bikes as well. Thank you Ryan and Keith!

Having spent a lot of time in Dayton-area Harley dealerships over the past few months, I can say without hesitation that J&J Motors of Massillon is the best. I first heard of J&J through Cycle Trader, where I saw a Heritage Classic 114 advertised well below local dealership prices. I reached out to the sales team via the website contact form to learn more about the Heritage, but also in hopes of getting a warm fuzzy about the dealership itself before deciding to make the 3-hour drive from the Dayton area. While answering my questions, sales associate Ryan Jones was able to set my mind at ease and I decided to make the trip. Paradoxically perhaps, Ryan turned out to be both the best and the least pushy motorcycle salesman I've ever encountered. Ryan knows Harleys, not just professionally, as you'd expect a Harley salesman to know them, but also personally, as an owner/rider/wrencher. Too often, dealers seem more interested in finding out how they can help you "ride home today" on whatever bike you happen to be looking at than in listening to you and answering the questions that will help you find the right bike. Ryan patiently answered many questions over the week or two I was shopping at J&J. He didn't need to look up the answers to my questions because he'd already answered them for himself over the course of years as a Harley owner. Clearly, Harley motorcycles weren't just widgets he was tasked with selling, but a subject he understood deeply and was passionate about. When I was in the store, browsing through J&J's extensive inventory, Ryan was available when I needed him, but I never felt rushed, pushed, or cajoled. Even after I'd test-ridden a Street Glide with an intention to buy (but was vacillating between it and a Road King Special that had caught my eye), he didn't ratchet up the pressure as most dealers would but gave me time and space to think and talk it over with my wife. (Perhaps he sensed that after weeks of being dragged in and out of Harley dealerships across the state, my wife had even more interest in helping me "find the one" than he did and would thus make a better salesperson.)The bottom line is... People like Harleys. If you offer good bikes at great prices, you shouldn't have to talk people into buying them. And J&J prices bikes to sell. A Harley dealership would probably claim it's safer to buy from them because all their bikes go through an N-point inspection by Harley-trained techs. The thing is, you could probably pay for over a dozen such inspections with the money you save by buying from J&J. And I doubt dealerships typically perform much more than an oil change on their used inventory, so most of the hefty markup over NADA trade-in value is pure profit. And some dealers even charge separately for the work they did to get the bike ready to sell. In some cases, this "reconditioning fee" is fixed, but in others, it's variable so you have no idea know how much it is till you're ready to sign paperwork (at which point, an unscrupulous dealer might easily adjust the fee to offset any concessions made in the list price). In stark contrast, the pricing at J&J was completely transparent and the dealer fees were both reasonable and exactly what Ryan stated they would be in our initial text exchange. If you've ever purchased a bike from a Harley dealership, you'll know how remarkable it is that there were no unpleasant surprises when I met with Keith in finance to purchase the 2020 Street Glide. Keith was pleasant, efficient, and professional. He made me aware of their lending options but didn't attempt to push me into using them over my own credit union's loan. Similarly, he made me aware of the "Rider's Advantage" warranty plan and provided the information I'd need to evaluate it but didn't pressure me to decide before I was able to do so on my own. From start to finish, my experience at J&J was 5 stars and I would heartily recommend th

Super poor service. The sales reps lie and obfuscate as a matter of course. Don't expect to get the truth out of any of them. Their managers know that the sales reps are horrid as well. That's how they make their $$$Update: Owner told the sales manager that they would not do business with anyone that leaves a bad review on google.p.s. They upcharged a $7249 motorcycle with $1350 in fees. Lots of crooks here.

Apparently " IN STOCK " means on order , with no telling when they will be back in stock, and any on the floor are sold .I wear a facemask and assume that was the real problem, since from the time I walked in and passed several employees not one greeted me . They did all give me the side eye stare as I wondered the show room floor alone looking for what I wanted to purchase that day . I eventually made my way back to the back desk . That's when I was told there are none available, the one's on the floor are sold , and the website says in stock because they are on order, and they don't know when they will have them.I have no issues going somewhere else .

Just bought a Honda Rebel here last week. Great people to work with. In and out quickly with nothing but help and zero pressure. Just how I like it. Will definitely get my next bike here.

I went there to check out a couple Road Kings they've been advertising on line. They definitely have my interest with their pricing and of course the bikes always look better in person. Unfortunately I got there late in the day so there wasn't opportunity to test ride. I WILL be going back for those test rides

Went in to find my son a helmet and within maybe a minute I was greeted immediately by the sales associate Vince. He went above and beyond to not only fit my son, but he also went into detail about different helmets we were interested in and the pros and cons. It was nice to feel like a valued customer. In today's world its hard to find such honest and fantastic customer service. Will be back and recommend J&J to everyone!

After my first encounter with nick or whatever. A really nice guy Ryan reached out to me and let me tell you if you go there just talk to him ask to talk to Ryan. Professional and respectful. I later had a chance to talk with a gentleman named Keith again very respectful and informative and great at his job. Goes to show us all one bad apple could ruin the whole basket. I am very big one treating others the way I want to be treated and that's how I conduct myself at a professional level and a personal level. Thanks again to Ryan

Went there to purchase 2 bikes they had shown on their website. I was there for about 20 - 30 minutes, I was never greeted, no one ever asked if I needed any assistance. Staff simply just walked right by me without saying a single word. There was only 1 other customer in the store at the time while other available staff were just standing around. Staff simply just walked right by me without saying a single thing. By far the worst experience I have ever had at a bike shop. Glad I didn't waste my money.

My ride died on me 3 times, riding home from work the other day. Called J&J Motor Sports and although they were booked out until may 11th (according to service department), they said if I can get my bike to the shop, they may be able to get to it sooner, pending what's wrong with my bike. I very much appreciate the prompt service and thoroughness of J&J. They don't bullcrap about quality of labor or the parts they use for motorcycles. Expensive at times but worth it in my book. As long as I'm living in this area, I'll be taking my ride to J&J.
