Tax preparer was amazing, but Jackson Hewitt charges too much for loyal customers. I will be going somewhere else next year for my taxes next year. Over $300 for half hour of work is ridiculous.

We had a great experience with Jackson Hewitt. The lady that took care of us was wonderful. Sharon answered all of our questions and was professional. We will definitely be back next year.
