I went in to have 2 rings sized and was told that they can not jave them sized because they were not purchased from KAY Jewelers.Even the "store manager" said without a SKU number they couldn't do anything with them. 100% a lie.

I purchased a gold bracelet from them a few years ago along with a warranty the bracelet broke. I went to the store to send it in for repair. They sent it back saying they could not replace it so they gave me a $276 credit to get something else I went into the store. They gave me back the bracelet with a piece of paper with $276 highlighted in yellow for my credit while I was there I looked at what they had and they did not have anything in the store that I like that I could get to replace a bracelet so they gave me back the bracelet with a piece of paper with the highlighted credit amount she told me to get a hold of them on July 4 weekend when they’re having their sale and hopefully I will be able to find some thing then so I called before I made a trip out there to see if they had any sterling silver necklaces 24 inch. The girl took my name got back on the phone. Well we don’t have anything in the system with you with that information. I told her when I was there they gave me back my bracelet and they gave me a piece of paper with a credit mount on there. Well, you’ll have to bring back the paper and the bracelet so we can complete the transaction. I told her I no longer have the bracelet and she said well there’s nothing they could do if I didn’t have the bracelet and I told her I said if you needed the bracelet to complete the transaction, why did you give it back to me? Why didn’t you just hold onto it until I came back into the store and we could’ve completed everything and I could’ve took the bracelet with me at that time I asked to speak to a manager well they’re not here and they’re not gonna be able to do anything that’s what she said to me. She was very nasty rude and she hung up on me. I will never ever do business with Kay jewelers again. I will never recommend anybody to their store. They are trifling and they are thieves. They took $276 credit for me because I no longer have the bracelet. Why should I keep a piece of jewelry that’s broken and again if they needed that bracelet they should’ve kept the bracelet in the store until we completed the transaction instead of giving it back to me buyers beware don’t ever ever deal with Kay jewelers

My wife and I came in wanting to build a very specific necklace. I was prepared for it to be custom, but Kim and Hallie did an amazing job making it semi-custom, which made ordering it easier. They were able to take the picture she had in her head and bring it to life.

Very rude employees (kim) jewelry is in my opinion cheap quality and when it's time to honor a warranty they won't and place blame on levian. Will never purchase from Kay's again.
