“I went to the ups Massillon location . I’m not sure of the girls name that helped me. I wish I would have asked. She was so helpful and so kind. I went into print some pictures in regards to a very delicate situation. The kindness that she showed and the thoroughness that she provided Was nothing short of exceptional ! Sometimes people don’t realize how much they’re helping your heart. A million thank you’s would never be enough! Danielle Siburt”

“These guys are top notch with customer service! They are always so level headed and easy going, even when the line is long and people have no idea how to work an Amazon return. Even the newer, younger members of the staff are respectful and kind. Have never had a bad experience! Highly recommend!”

“Literally the best service I ever have gotten from a post office. Way faster than USPS and I can't even put it in words how amazing the employees are. They're so nice and always smiling at everybody no matter how busy they are. Such quick service too.”
