Pharmacy is not helpful, phones are not answered timely. The Pharmacy staff I spoke to was rude, I couldn't even get the question out before I was shut down and asked to call someone else. Never had any issues like this with any other Pharmacy.

I was recently in this store purchasing Halloween costumes to be donated to inner city schools. However they had a very rude manager named Preston that came up to me and refused my sale because my girlfriend was purchasing 12 costumes as well, however we had completely different transactions. Keep In mind they have labeled the door with "12 costume limit " he then chose to brag about the amount of money the store makes weekly($500,000) and said he doesn't need my business and told me to leave the store. I then walked to the door and he said to his co-workers that I was a "dick" keep in mind I am 17 years old. I believe this is very unprofessional and needs to be discussed immediately. I love all other Marc's stores and would never expect this service from them.

Buyer beware. I purchased a RX cream on March 10. It was to be a 30 day supply even though it normally last me for at least a year. But the cream expired at the end of March. So not only did i not get the 30 day supply I paid for they refused to replace the tube even though it had never been used. The pharmacist said they are allowed to sell it because it was sold the same month it expired. And then the pharmacist blamed it on their suppler.

For the longest time had less than 0 issues with this pharmacy, and any delay in getting medication or help was my own fault. But this past year It’s changed. If there’s nothing wrong with the script you call in, service is perfectly fine, albeit slow as it seem they haven’t been able to retain a healthy number of staff as of late. But if there’s a problem with your medication… ooh boy. Prepare to do all of the work you’d think the health care system would do.They’ve never once notified me, or my doctor’s office when my insurance didn’t cover a medicine sent in. I have to find out by calling in, which would often be 3-5 days after it’s sent in (just in case they’re waiting on a restock or the like. I know things happen, I’m not demanding same day refills and service) just to be told “your insurance didn’t cover it.” This has happened multiple times, from multiple doctors. So I’d go multiple days thinking everything is fine, without any indication otherwise, as would my doctor. My last straw, was that after giving the RX number I was informed I was out of refills, but asked if I’d like them to contact my provider to renew this prescription. I can only guess they weren’t able to, as they didn’t tell me they weren’t able to, so I had no idea I would actually run out of that medication, or would have to directly contact my prescriber until after my prescribers off was closed for the week. When prompted by my insurance, to ask for an small supply by having my pharmacist call my insurance’s Provider services line to provide, to perform or request an overide on running out of refills, for a 3-5 day supply, the pharmacist wouldn’t even hear me out, and treated me as if I was asking for top of line pain-killers. When I just want my anti-depressants so I don’t cause a problem at work, or potentially fired because I struggle to move at even a quarter my usual pace, because depression is debilitating, and isn’t just “being sad”.Writing bad reviews is the very last thing I ever want to do because I know how badly they can impact a business. But I need a pharmacy that’s more proactive in working with my doctors and I, in ensuring I get the health care I need.

The manager today was absolutely horrible. I won't be shopping at Marc's until they train their staff properly.
