The library itself is beautiful, but the staff in the children section is not very welcoming . Me and my daughter walked in made eye contact with the two women at the desk , We did not get greeted. But as a family was leaving at the same time they made sure to tell them goodbye. I went up to the desk to take a picture of some flyers & still did not get greeted or ask if I needed assistance with anything. I ended up having to ask one of the ladies their name just to get Angie’s attention. Sad

I signed up for a class and drove there and found out it was cancelled. No notification that it was cancelled. In fact I received an email reminder of the beforehand and it still showed as open on the website. Very poor customer service. Go to the Stark County libraries for better service, selection of material and classes! Don’t bother with this library!

Beautiful old building and the staff os always nice when you go to the Massillon library and if you can't find a book your looking for they will see if they can order it and get it from somewhere else

They offer classes on computer programs. I've been to two, and even though they were for programs I already use, I learned a couple new tips in each. If you want more advanced knowledge, you can schedule one-on-one time with the instructor.
