MCTV offers reliable service, and customer service is friendly, helpful, and local. I've been critical in the past of their price/performance, particularly upload speeds.They are making good progress, however, in deploying fiber to the premises across their entire footprint. They are now offering 1 Gbps symmetrical service in areas with fiber at $89.95 per month including all taxes and fees, which is quite reasonable. Lower tiers are also symmetrical and priced well.If you're in an area they haven't yet upgraded to fiber, though, you get significantly slower upload speeds (15 Mbps for the most expensive plan) and the pricing is the same as areas with fiber.Once they've completed their fiber deployment, they'll be a five-star ISP without any caveats. For now, if you're in an area that's still on coax, the upload speeds at given prices are not a good value. Unfortunately, unless you have fiber from the telephone company available (few do), they are still the fastest and most economical option in the area.

I got my Wi-Fi set up today by Jordan H. and Thomas B. These gentlemen gave a courtesy call when they were on their way and called to let me know they had arrived. They were both very respectful and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. They worked very quickly and made the job look so easy by the time they were finished! I just moved in to my new little home and have furniture in the middle of every room right now. Jordan and Tom saw me struggling to move my dresser in to my room so I could place my new TV on top of it. They immediately offered to move my dresser for me. These guys went above and beyond! MCTV has a good set of shoulders working for them ☺️☺️

If I could give this service zero stars, I would. This is the absolute WORST Internet service to monopoly Massillon Ohio. The prices are horrible for the service you probably aren’t getting because the internet is so spotty and surprise, it’s actually gone out as I’m writing this review…for the 5th time despite resetting the device . If you think you’re getting high speed Internet service, think again. A stiff breeze could very well cause the Internet to disappear and if you ever see one of the trucks in your area, you know you’re bound to have issues for DAYS. 10/10 I would never recommend this service to anyone and if I could find another Internet provider, I would.

Massillon fiber has been great and really reliable. I have 200 Up 200 Down and use a Google mesh wifi. it's been great for Work from home and gaming. I've been with Massillon cable since 2019.

The straight truth is if I could give them negative stars I would. If you have any other option, I would take it. If they send you what sounds like a great deal, burn it. Basically, their customer service is the worst. Their internet service drops off daily, and the response is it is really not our fault though we can send someone out to prove it and charge you or you can drop it off yourself. After being with them for over 10 years, you would just hope they would at least respect you as a customer.

MCTV is a monopoly. What can you expect from a company with a total lock out on certain areas. The customer service is friendly or rude from person to person. The internet speed is ok at best. The prices are double that of spectrum. Check who your provider is before you move in

The Supervisor of Customer Care is a terrible. They installed service for my 89yr old mother and left her paying for internet without a router. He kept telling me they installed the services she asked for but her WiFi would never have worked without a router. I told him customer service is what sets them apart from huge service providers and he told me they are in multiple states right now. So that’s the reason they treat customers like that? It’s elder abuse.

Symmetrical fiber was installed in my neighborhood 2 years ago. I've called 6 times about switching my service to it and every time they say it's not available yet. Internet is always cutting out and bogging down when I'm trying to work.

Quite possibly the worst ISP I’ve had experience with, and I don’t have a choice. MCTV has a grasp on the entire service area. If you want to pay $60+ for 100/10 with outages every month, this is the provider for you. Maybe time to focus investment at home and stop acquiring co’s hours away (Caldwell). You’re showing your hand while the city you bear the name of is 10 years behind. The “little guy” could sure use some help from the pros.
