I usually love this store & have been a customer for many years then today, all we did was get a toilet handle & my husband put it in his back pocket which was VERY obvious; NOT trying to hide anything LIKE AN ACTUAL CRIMINAL WOULD, so he didn't have to carry it around the store (because it's literally ALL we needed- A $6 ITEM!) & his shirt DIDN'T cover his pocket, so our behavior was NOT that of a criminal, yet we were still watched & followed from the moment they called in a security alert to our isle, to looking around at other items throughout the store & even through checkout! Even though the worker was nice, we AREN'T STUPID, so even if I had bad intentions, it was obvious & very over the top for the cost of the item. The average consumer doesn't deserve to be treated this way! WE AREN'T your criminals; perhaps you need some detective education to learn who the REAL criminals are!
Such trouble over a $6 ITEM; UNREAL!
I felt like we were in the movie Minority Report! The future is NOW- watch out!

I personally love Menards. I got a Home Depot more than anywhere cause it’s a little bit closer to me, but Menards so much stuff and so many more displays. It’s great to see everything and you never know what some of their special buys. What might be there?

This is a great Big Box store with everything you can imagine for home remodeling, repairs and a whole lot more. They have siding, roofing, lighting, appliances, bath fixtures, outdoor furniture, clothing, toys, pet food and accessories, wood, hardware and literally a million other items. The store is bright and well organized and the aisles are wide. The employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are good. We left happy.

Was there today to get countertops mary ann Assisted us and she was the sweetest lady ever. She loaded the whole cart and then I decided I did not like it. I felt horrible, but she kept a smile on her face. And took them off and got the other countertops that I wanted. God bless her best customer service ever

Large and spacious, good and plenty parking, staff is very helpful. Always has what their online site states so looking there before the trip saves a lot of time.
