Frank and Charles Menches invented the Hamburger in 1885 at the Erie County Fair in Hamburg NY. Today we use the same exact recipe that they used to create the first hamburgers over a century ago. Today we feature a 50 burger menu and serve breakfast, lunch, and diner.
