“A friend got me some gifts from here for my birthday. I was in need of a coat so I exchanged for a whaleback coat. We've had the coldest winter on record and it hasn't been cold enough for me to wear the coat. In other words I get hot wearing it in sub zero temperatures. It's legit! Pulled a neighbor out of snow today and 5* with 15 mph winds, exposed to conditions on my tractor. Not a remote chance the cold got to me at all.”
“One of my favorite stores ever, not just because of the merchandise, but because of the amazing staff!!! Everyone here is wonderful, but Effie, Taylor & Lexie really stand out. They take the time to assist you with whatever you may need in a way most people don’t anymore, never being pushy, just helpful. “We had a great experience at Foot Locker in Belden Mall! When we first walked in, we were welcomed by a couple of friendly staff members. One of them noticed that the bag we brought in from another store was torn, and they kindly offered us one of their bags to help carry our things — which was really thoughtful.
While browsing, we found a pair of shoes we liked, and the staff was right there to help us with sizing and any questions. The service was smooth, and the environment was super welcoming.
We both ended up getting matching shoes and left feeling really happy with the whole experience. Highly recommend!”

“Had a WONDERFUL experience buying dress clothes for an upcoming interview. I walked in with a vague idea of what I wanted, and Stephanie helped me pick out a whole outfit. We tried on multiple sports jackets, pants, shirts, etc until we found the perfect combo of fit and looks.
Stephanie was extremely patient, friendly, and insightful. She was bouncing between multiple customers at the same time (the store was very busy) and each customer was treated as if they were the most important shopper of her day. Highly recommend this store, and especially Stephanie!!”
