Sorry made Mr fe3l like I was bothering them with my questions about a line i added and when i received my mobile device for the added line on February 9 the shipping wasn't able to activate the phone for 3 days because it show that it was still being shipped and wasn't on my end in anyway , they didn't try to make it ok by at least giving me something for my trouble and still haven't done anything to make me feel like a valued customer and I'm very disappointed in the customer service after switching only a month ago !!! So I'm just a needle in the haystack !!! If they want a satisfied customer then reach out to me and make me feel like i made the right choice by switching!!!

This specific store is awful. Everytime I come the door is locked because they leave to do whatever. On top of that one of the sellers sold me a downgraded version of the revvl to get rid of stock, as I've come to find out which is unfair and shady as heck. Unbelievable.

I went to have info from one phone to to other phone but i couldnt remember my passeord sje told me to leave the phone she had to go on break and she would see what see could do sje charged me 33.00 and put in i only gave her 22 so she pocketed that money i still didnt get my money back i forgot my dang reciept she didnt offer one either so i ended up havi g to call to get what i needed but still didnt get my money back

Willing to give you take your money, ask you if you want insurance. Then if something happens to your phone they charge you double what the phone is worth if you want it fixed. This is disappointing, I have been a long time customer, like a little over ten years ago I switched from Verizon. Such a shame, customer loyalty used to mean something. SMH??

This Metro sucks! Whoever the girl was work on 1/21/2022 sucks and dnt know her job! She need retrained on her job! Dnt tell me there is damage on the outside of a phone when there has been a case n screen protector on it the 3 months we had it!!! I wouldn't go to this store! I have nvr been treated like this at this store until 2day!! And she was gone for 45 minutes getting food and change and the doors was locked! Poor poor service!
