I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tire. From the moment I walked in, the staff member Evan was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me. Evan took the time to explain what my car needed without any pressure or upselling, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, the prices were fair, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.
It’s rare to find a shop that combines great technical work with exceptional customer service, but Evan delivered.I left feeling confident in the work done and grateful for how smoothly the whole process went. I will definitely be returning and recommending them

Had a punctured tire on my girlfriend’s car, they took it in the same day. Patched the tire the same day, in and out of the shop within 15 minutes. Quality work and quality workers!

Had a a couple bad experiences with Conrad’s, had me waiting all day and never offered to replace or pay for losing my center cap. Came over to Mr.Tire and they got me a fresh set of tires and an oil change within the hour and provided great customer service. Highly recommend!

Was looking for a trustworthy shop to start taking my vehicles to. This is not it. Paid for new tires, alignment and extra for new valve stems. After paying and going home I noticed the valve stems were not changed (which was an extra $65 charge), unless they coat them in brake dust before installation. Also never received the printout from the alignment, if they didn't do the valve stems, can I trust they even did the alignment? So after $200 in services that were never done I highly recommend finding somewhere else. But they installed and balanced the tires, so they did something right, I guess.

-10/10 stars. I took my vehicle in to get the brakes inspected. I needed new pads, and rotors. I was fine with that. Apperently they then decided I also needed new wheel barrings. They special ordered the parts, charged me $2500, and I took my vehicle home a few days later. Over the weekend the car was still squeaking and now grinding very loudly. I made another appointment. Took the car back, they replaced all of the new parts, said they were faulty. They took my car for a test drive and now there were lights on the dash lit up. Once again they kept it over night. Tell me I needed to purchase a sensor, another $60. Pick up my car again and the car is out of allignment. Needless to say I won't be taking it back, and now I get to go pay someone else to fix all of Mr. Tires mistakes. I am so glad I spent most of my savings on my car for it still not to be fixed.

We were in town visiting family when the low tire pressure alert showed up on our dash. We had plans for the day but we couldn’t chance having car trouble so we had to stop. Garrett of Mr. Tire took care of us right away. The only waiting we did was while he fixed our tire.

Had my back brakes and back driver caliper replaced Aug. 24th. Fast forward 2 weeks to the day my brakes completely went out on me and I had fluid gushing out the brakes I had JUST gotten fixed! I had my car towed back to the shop so they could fix their original repair, which they replaced all the parts but they still shook me down for money to fix their mistake for using "faulty parts" (their words not mine) and tried to shake me down for more money and other repairs! My brakes are still not up to par and I can hear air blowing through my car every time I hit the brakes and it takes me forever to still stop! Upon my leaving the man at the counter made a joke about hopefully not seeing me again in 2 weeks because "you get paid every two weeks right?" After this experience, I have lost all faith in this shop and will tell anyone interested in their business to turn tail and run!

Today I found out that the wheel bearing I had replaced at this store just over a year ago is already bad, and not just bad but in terrible condition. On top of that the brand new tires I purchased from the store continued to leak air, had the valve stems replaced by the store and had to then have them re sealed. And of course for the wheel bearing I no longer fall under warranty. I won’t be returning and will not be recommending to anyone.
