I really enjoyed my experience today, I love that it's a family place! I love my manicure and pedicure, everyone is friendly it was so nice to chat with them all. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

if I am a returning customer and you track your customers at check in , why would charge me to take off the gel that you charged me extra to put on. Seems like a scam to up charge each time. I mean I paid extra 10 on my first visit to have you put it on and then you’re gonna charge 10 to take it off when I come back for a fill and then another 10 to put new on. Will not be coming back again. Give returning customers a no charge removal, for being a loyal customer. Terrible business scam!!! UPDATE: when I checked out there were extra charges for the cat eye polish , extra $10. Even more upset at this place, now that I checked out, we’ll never return!!! RESPONSE TO OWNER: I have my receipt to prove that you do charge even if it is a fill! Now the review I will gladly post a photo of my receipt of how you over charge, and will share my experience to all. When i checked out she said oh your nails were 61 and toes were 56, wouldn't give a break down. no wonder, because the scam would be exposed!!! I used to get the best pedicure you offered but i settled for the express because i was already in the chair. but for it to still be 56 and i got the $32 dollar express, look at all the extra added.

My mom and I stopped into PT Nail Club yesterday so we could get pedicures and our nails done together before my honeymoon. They took us without an appointment, no problem. Leslie worked on my nails, and gave me exactly what I asked for. She took so much care in making sure they were to my liking, and my nails have never looked better. Kaitlin did an amazing job with my pedicure and was so friendly and thoughtful throughout the entire thing. She constantly checked to make sure I felt comfortable and we had great conversation.
The salon is run by a small family. We got to mingle and chat with everyone while getting our services, and honestly we had a blast. The energy and vibes were so good, and it was the most fun nail salon trip I’ve ever had. The prices are also outstanding! I will absolutely be back.

The nail tech at table 5 is amazing I wish I would’ve tipped her more she was super sweet she kept asking if I like the color and if I was comfortable and I just loved it she was being surfer easy around my cuticles she didn’t cut any of them and she did my dip nails the nails are so clean around the cuticle I love her get table 5

I got these done 4/20/24, so almost 2 days ago. My cuticles were left bleeding, they were cut after the acrylic was applied? Also applied cuticle oil BEFORE washing my hands to be painted, there was no point and just wasted product. The place was dirty, I felt pretty uncomfortable. The polish was dried out and old so the guy painting them poured some sort of liquid into it and shook it, thought that was pretty weird and kind of gross even. Definitely not coming back here, waste of Money. My hands and fingers were bent in ways they shouldn't have been. I'm not a hater, but this place was very disappointing. Couldn't even get a basic design with regular polish. ? Now I have to paint over my yellowing nails. Might as well have done these myself. Very disappointing, I tried to he positive but I just couldn't. Go anywhere but here PLEASE.?
