Logan is moron, I walked in with a bag of food an he seriously stopped me an asked me what was in the bag. I said food an he said okay just was making sure it wasn’t a bomb. He was serious too. Is he okay? Went in there to buy a chair that was there an did not because of that interaction. Does he ask that for every women or man that walks in with a bag or purse?

I needed a computer screen monitor and started at 'The Strip' store in North Canton, Ohio. I was impressed by the tech 'guy's manner,..friendly,knowledge, and efficiency. Once the problem was found I had to go to another store in Massillon,Ohio.Not an issue and that's where needed item was.A bonus was the price I paid, got the monitor on sale along with an extended warranty and saved some money;..a great deal. I left the store a happy customer and am now typing this on a new screen.No complaints!

DO NOT come here if you need to scan and send documents. The machines get jammed every time. Employee said I have to scan them on the glass one by one (which takes approximately 30 seconds for each one) and I have HUNDREDS OF DOCUMENTS TO SCAN. Ridiculous

Seem our local office max always has what I'm looking for when shopping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoy shopping at their facilities and the no pressure sales for specific products.
