“We had a stubborn, leaking drain in our bathtub that required a full replacement. Kamph's Plumbing was fantastic. First of all, a live person answered the phone! They were very busy this week but made room on their schedule. They were professional, punctual, and got the old, rusted fixture out without damaging the tub. The new drain was installed perfectly and works like a charm—no more leaks! Great communication and fair pricing. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.”

“Excellent customer service… thank you, Robert! When I called today to get a color match for my client you were knowledgeable, friendly, and continued to advise on how I might get this particular color match taken care of. You were very professional and I appreciate your help!”

“I shop this store regularly, and I love it! So does my husband. They are helpful and almost always have what I need and I can find it easily or get the help I need. Some items found at True Value you can’t find at the mega stores and you’ll never get service like this at the mega stores. I have not noticed their prices are excessive, and I am in and out quickly (my time is worth something!). I am so glad to have them in the neighborhood, and I hope they never go away!”

“Harrison is still the great place . Dont do as much painting as in the past. New faces but still the warm and fuzzy feeling that has always been there. All woman crew today . Miss some of the ladies that were with Harrison years back . I go back to 1985 .”

“I can tell you this much, Ellyn has more patience than anyone I know personally or professionally. Big sale this weekend so this location was slammed! She handled my indecisive self all while taking care of everyone else's needs - with a smile on her face! Sherwin Williams' products are obviously without question, and with her manning the store...their service is unbeatable!”

“Courtney was the associate who helped us today. He was amazing, very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to match a color swatch that we liked from a different brand. He took the time to dry a sample of that mix so we could compare it to the swatch we brought and it was spot on! They’ve gained a customer for life ?”

“Had to take a door stopper back because it was missing the adhesive tabs. The exchange was done fairly quickly and I checked the new stopper to make sure it had all that was needed.”
