A young kid may not know about lot fees if your going to charge so much atleast make sure people know your prices at the time of the tow instead of assuming your customer knows Tammy at front desk very rude about the situation

Justin (Tow truck driver) was very friendly and professional and literally diagnosed our cars problem and fixed it within minutes to completely avoid the trip to the dealership. Amazing that there are still men like Justin that care enough to help us out when he could've taken the "not my job, not my prob" mentality... Patriot Towing will be our #1 destination for towing from here forward!

My daughter and I were stranded along 77 South with a flat tire. We received a suspicious call from another company offering a tow. I assumed AAA had given my number to this person. I had been informed by AAA, Patriot Towing was the company they were sending. I was confused and called Patriot directly. The lady I spoke with informed me the other tow company should never have reached out since they were never assigned to my call. She was concerned about the situation and dispatched a driver immediately. The driver arrived approximately 20 minutes later. Patriot Towing genuinely cares about the safety and well being of their customers. I am grateful for everyone at Patriot Towing who cared and worked to get us out of a potentially dangerous situation. Thank you Patriot Towing!Service: Tire change
