Customer service was outstanding. The shave my cat received was by far the best yet. I watched towards the end of it, and you can see just how much these groomers love their job and the animals!

My 115 lb mastiff lab mix who’s very anxious when it comes to baths and nail trims gets groomed by Delaney and does the absolute best job!! Is always very sweet and gentle with my dog to try and make him more comfortable!

I shop there all the time for dog food, cat food, treats and toys. Anyone can bring their animal in without showing vet records. I made an appointment to have my dog groomed. I brought her in and the check in girl said I need her rabies paperwork. I said her tag is on her collar with the year, her vaccine number, and there's an 800 number on it. She said not good enough, I'm canceling her appointment. I won't shop there anymore. There's a lot of other pet stores nearby.

Nice place. I have never been to a PetSmart before. I was looking for a bristlenose Pleco and they had one left. Unfortunately somewhere between the hour trip home and 30 or so minutes of time I had it in the aquarium still in its bag acclimating to the temp it died. Not their fault. But it seems they have a 14 day return window so I'll be visiting again to exchange the fish for a different one.

This is the best place in the area for healthy aquarium plants. Sometimes a little short staffed, but when you do get someone they are always kind and helpful, even when you can tell they've had a rough day.
