First time at this salon. I just moved from the Tempe area and used another salon regularly. I asked for the same thing I always did there. Gel pedi and mani with matching colors. The lady handed me a ring of colors, I picked two... strike 1. They didn't have the color strike 2. They said they don't have matching colors 3. Asked for french tip - got told no... so after 2 hours I left with $67 spent and clear polish... I must have had the same tech as the other 1 star reviews as of late. Same demeanor... Several ladies came and went, seemed like they were regulars, so that sucks that they are happy enough to build rapport but my first experience sucked. For $67 I'm not mad, but I really needed this as a relaxing time away from home...

The service provided by the staff is exceptional, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I opt for a liquid gel application on my natural nails, and it remains flawless for up to a month. They offer a diverse range of colors in a beautifully maintained and hygienic salon environment. Stringent Covid-19 protocols are strictly followed, and the attention to detail in their services is commendable. I really wanted to like this place. It has decent reviews, is clean, has entertaining things playing on the tv, the staff friendly enough, and helpful when I had no clue what to ask for. But the quality of the mani pedi was not worth the two hours and money spent. I could do a better job myself at home. They cut my cuticle to the point of bleeding, over flooded the nails with gel and cured it on my skin, left jagged edges, and for the pedi literally painted off the nail and onto skin.

Went in for my first time to get my wedding nails done. Needless to say that was a mistake. I requested an ombre acrylic nail which they said they wouldn't be able to do acrylic with, but they could do dip which i was fine with, so long as it was the design i wanted. When I sat down, I showed the nail tech the photo of what I wanted and she said she didn't have the colors....to which I kept asking "you don't have white and pink" because as a nail salon, these are non-negotiable colors to have. Another tech came over and handed her the colors and from what I could tell, was telling her to just do it. She tested it out on an extension and it looked horrible. It was not ombre, it was half white and half pink. She called over another tech to tell me that she didn't want to do it on my nails because the acrylic would be too harsh which I knew was not true as I could see it was because she could not do the design, and she was still going to be doing acrylic on my nails, and she originally told me she wouldnt be doing acrylic anyways. So I had to change my wedding nail design last minute. When she was shaping my nails, she would ask me if it looked ok, and I would ask for a little fix and she would get so annoyed, just an extremely annoyed look on her face, and she was talking in another language with the other techs, and kept saying "ombre" which I knew was about me. It was in a very loud and not pleasant tone of voice so I knew she was not happy with my requests. To be honest, this was the exact opposite kind of experience I wanted getting my wedding nails done. I walked out extremely disappointed and almost embarrassed because of how big of a deal it all was made. I wish the other techs would have stepped in and taken over as it seemed like they knew what they were doing and would have been able to get done what I wanted. I will not be returning and will not be recommending.

I visited Pretty Little Nails for an eyebrow waxing. It was my first time in the salon. Everyone was very friendly and the salon was bright and clean. I am very pleased with my service and will definitely be back. Thank you!

I went to see Michelle earlier this week. Shea did an excellent job, my nails were in bad shape and now they look beautiful; Michelle is great. Nice friendly place everyone who works there is very pleasant.

Came from Houston to get my nails done for a wedding and had the best experience! They helped me choose the best option for what I needed and even helped me picked my color. I also got my eyebrows waxed - it was quick and painless.

Julie finished a gel pedicure. It looks great but more importantly, my feet and legs feel so tingly and relaxed! I'm floating through the rest of the day on a happy cloud.
