WebCam stopped operating went in talked with Kayla, she took a look told me that more than likely the WebCam wire broke or camera was not operating correctly. She gave me all the information I needed & informed me to get my receipt and contact the manufacturer because it may still be under warranty.”

“I recently ordered business cards from this location via their website. When I picked the cards up they were misprinted. The misprint made the cards completely unusable. I was very unhappy especially because I received the cards late. Shawn at the print center was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help me with my concerns and got everything taken care of! I feel a lot more confident using office max knowing they have Shawn there!
