Only purchased touch-up paint that was not close in color. Parts dept wasn't easily found. Had to walk through service bay around cars, get touch up pen, and walk back through service to pay.

We walked out when they wanted to sell us a $3000 coating that had already been applied to the interior of the car. The salesman also refused to give my wife back the copy of her driver's license. That tactic of asking us to sign a paper stating we would buy the car if his manager lowered the price was absolutely ridiculous!!

I've been dealing with Progressive Chevy for over 25 years and I have purchased all of my vehicles from them.... in the last few years the service department has really gone downhill drastically!! You seriously cannot trust their work, they will tell you that they have done something and charge you for it when they haven't even done it.... be very careful to double-check their work!! This place used to be great but lately I am very disappointed in them!!! We won't be buying any cars from them anytime soon.
