I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing. I brought my Chevy Trailblazer in for a third flat tire caused by a nail. I have the Allstate tire protection plan, which covers replacement tires. After waiting an hour, I was told the tire couldn’t be patched because of the “angle of the puncture” and it would need to be replaced the next day.
The replacement tire was covered, but I was told I needed an alignment which I found shocking given the car has just 12,000 miles—but I agreed. At checkout, I was surprised to see an additional charge for a tire plug attempt that failed. I’ve never been charged for an unsuccessful repair, and it felt unfair.
I will be servicing my trailblazer at Ron Marhofer going forward.

Drove over an hour & bought a truck for my company. I drove the hour because all that I spoke with over the phone were cooperative, returned my calls and sent me information. I was helped by Luke, Marissa, Kelly & Fran. When I got there, Luke was the salesperson. He went through all the info with me. I felt he was honest with no hard sales pitch. I plan on buying another vehicle and I will make the hour drive to buy from them again.

Highly recommend Sophia! She was very personable, and easy to work with from the beginning. She had infectious energy and was knowledgeable with all details of the new SUV of my dreams. Felt like a friend sold me that car. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with purchasing a vehicle.
She went beyond just selling me the vehicle but showing me all the features and set me up nicely, before my drive off the lot.

We visited Progressive Chevy to buy a new truck at the end of the year. We had the pleasure working with Nate. Everyone dreads getting the run around with dealers and we felt that Nate and the rest of the team was fair and transparent through the whole process. They went out of their way to point out rebates we didn't even know we qualified for (kudos to Costco as well).
Whoever runs that place does a great job!
