Covid meds called in to pharmacy before 3 on 12/27 and weren't ready until the next day. Called the pharmacy multiple times on the 27th and 28th. Drove to drive thru on the 27th because I couldn't get through on the phone to see if my prescriptions were ready. Girl at the drive thru was rude. She said my prescriptions weren't ready and to call before coming to the store. I told her no one answers the phone. She just told me to try again. Covid meds needs to be taken asap. To Rite Aid asap means a day and a half later. ☹️

Of all of the Rite Aid in the world this is by far the worst location I have ever, ever been to. ALWAYS understaffed, they do not answer the phone and when they do 5 times out of 7 they are rude like their shortage is our fault or problem. They close whenever and we the people are left to just figure it out. Took me a few years of bad experiences to finally leave this review but glad I am.

I took my daughter to stat care this am...the Dr sent a script over to this rite aid pharmacy. I went through the drive through bc she is contagious. The pharmacy tech told me 1 hour. I told her I couldn't wait that long I had a sick kid who needed to get her medicine and get home. She then said it's just me and the pharmacist. She then said 15-20 minutes and set me up to receive a text when it was done...I sat in my car for 1 hour. Never heard anything. I go up to the counter and ask how much longer her reply was "it's been ready" I said I never received a text. All the people in front of me had to listen to her complaining about how they don't have staff and all the OT she works. So unprofessional. There is no reason for 1 tiny bottle of medication to take over an hour to fill....will never return here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly, this place should just be burnt down, and I’m kinda surprised it hasn’t with the people working in the pharmacy. So far this year back in June-July I was hospitalized because rite aid refused to fill my scripts for my insulin (I’m a type-1 diabetic).Then, just a few months later to this week, I was trying to refill one of my insulins. To which they told me they already gave it to me and they don’t have it there, so after multiple phone calls with them, and my doctors through out the week; finally yesterday I went there and they had it there the whole time. After, asking me all week if I didn’t check my fridge to see if it was in there, and being disrespectful over the phone. They were the ones that didn’t check their fridge to see if they had the medication I NEED to live and not only that claiming that they’ve gave it to me and I would have to go without it for a whole month.I’ve had nothing but problems with this place and their rude workers.No wonder why the company is going bankrupt.

This is a great Rite Aid. Associates are friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. This is my favorite pharmacy.

The Staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. No complains overworked and understaffed. They cannot make everyone happy as in any business. I have recommended this store to all family and friends.

I like shopping at Rite Aid for clearance items and when items are on sale. The cash register needs a 75% off button for clearance items so the cashier doesn't have to figure out the discount on a calculator!

I have never been treated so rude in my life!! Just reading reviews and it seems to be a common thing there, why isn't Rite Aid doing something about it?!,! I was privileged enough to get to speak with Felice today, rude as they come, told me she isn't answering the phone because she is busy!! Sure wish I could do that at my job!! Hth do I know if my stuff is ready if u don't answer and u aren't using the texting system that is in place?! Will def b my last interaction with this pharmacy, keep it up and u will eventually lose all of your customers, u all must have missed the customer svc class!! Unbelievable!!

This is for the pharmacy dept… Your staff is unbelievably rude and severely lacking customer service care, specifically Kaley. I’ll definitely be finding a different pharmacy for my family.

Confused. The last two times I've stopped inside, no one has been working the front registers. Both times I grabbed what I needed and just stood there waiting. On both occasions I ended up putting my stuff down and leaving. I used to like stopping here for quick odds and ends, but looks like I have to shop elsewhere.
