I'm very disappointed I ordered a rig online, I even paid an extra 12bucks for 2 day shipping. 4 days and still no rig. Now it's the weekend and I'm going to have to wait another 2 days for mail services to resume. That's 6 days when I paid extra. Not happy about this.

This store does not honor their broken parts. No refund or exchange. Huh. But the product was open when we bought it and the women that sold it promised it worked cuz she tried it.they are not sympathetic or pleasant to deal with and I Do NOT recommend them at all. Rude rude rude and absolutely no help now u are telling me have me on video with her opening it and show me it and it was bought by my son. For me as a Christmas gift so that isnt true at all. Also when I came in today u told me those come sealed so we would only have seen the display so exactly how did she show my son this product at hand. So everything u just replied s not accurate at all

They sell products over a year passed the expiration date. Did not notice until I left and they refused to let me exchange or return them. Not cool. Very unprofessional.

Warning: No refunds or Exchanges are offered here. No knock on the business as I can understand why although I do think there should be some other kind of measure in place which is the only reason I am giving a 4 instead of 5 star rating. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and on most visits I not only leave with what I came for, I end up learning a bit of new information too! I appreciate being able to come here and find the items I'm looking for and have a great staff ready to answer questions and educate about the products in store including recommended usages, cleaning/maintenance of products, and storage of items/longevity tips to boot! Great place with a good variety of products, right in our own community! Support our local businesses!Disclaimer: they have multiple signs up that state "No Refunds or Exchanges" that are in clear, plain view from the moment you arrive. While this policy may be frustrating, they are honest and up front about it too.
