“Justin (Tow truck driver) was very friendly and professional and literally diagnosed our cars problem and fixed it within minutes to completely avoid the trip to the dealership. Amazing that there are still men like Justin that care enough to help us out when he could've taken the "not my job, not my prob" mentality... Patriot Towing will be our #1 destination for towing from here forward!”

“I have read some of the negative reviews and I am a repeat customer. The owners and staff have ALWAYS been helpful with unloading my vehicle, and always transparent with pricing. The market prices goes up and down all the time. One can not blame them for that. Would be like giving a bad review to gas station because prices went up. Sometimes unreasonable people have unreasonable expectations and just take it out on the world. This business treats everyone fairly as I have now been there over 100 times and not once did I ever see a customer get mistreated. 5 stars, keep up the great customer service.”

“Had a new battery installed at AutoZone (North Canton) yesterday. Today my car was dead. Called Auto Zone they said no way it was a problem with the battery. Thought I was going to have to have it towed to a repair shop. Called AAA and Mike from Canton Towing arrived within 15 minutes. He took one look and said the connection wasn’t tightened enough due to some felt rings put on at AutoZone. Mike tightened the connections and she started right up!! So grateful for Mike and his knowledge. Top notch service!! Mike was respectful, thorough, and quick! Hats off to Canton Towing for employing quality technicians!!”
