My package was supposed to be delivered today, I paid 30$ for 2nd day shipping. Arrived in canton at 9am this morning , 915 they started processing. At 1005 am they delayed it for “severe weather conditions”. That’s awful interesting considering the fact it’s NOT even raining. Has barely sprinkled all day. Don’t even think about the fact I live 2MILES from the shop. Even by some chance it rained, (which is wasn’t) your ups drivers don’t go out in the rain anymore ?!!!!! No wonder people only use Amazon anymore

Both Heidi and Ericka are the most pleasant employees to front this UPS location. Always greeting with a smile and a welcoming personality. They know every question for a quick resolution, if anybody pays attention, these two are the workforce and should be managing this location. Allow them to train others. Thank You Heidi and Ericka, always on key!!

I was actually directed by another location to leave a review here so the owner sees it. I stopped at this Massillon location today to do an Amazon return as I've done many other times with no issues. Today unfortunately I was directed to a kiosk which I had no clue how to use I had to ask questions at every step because I didn't know what I was doing. I'm pretty sure I didn't seal my return properly as I didn't understand the prompt when I was done I had to ask where to put the item and asked for a receipt was and was told that it timed out and there would not be a receipt, leaving me no tracking or proof that I returned the item for my records. The lady behind me actually was watching me and told me that she was watching to see how to use it. I let her know I didn't know what I was doing. If you guys are going to use these kiosks you to leave the option to do it with a real person not everyone is tech savvy or good comfortable using things like this. For Anyone who reads this the lady who I talked to at the other store told me that when I scanned it it should have printed off a green or blue label (????????) or something which it did not. I was advised to go back and reclaim the package ( which was just a Blu-ray in a clear plastic bag with a blank label with nothing identifying it beyond that) but I don't have the transportation to go back up there right now so I guess if you get stuck using one of these you're supposed to ask for a label (???????) when you scan it I missed that step but i had no clue what I was doing. I called Amazon and confirmed that when I scanned it was scanned in as being received by UPS in case it doesn't make back where it is supposed to go. I have no clue what I was supposed to do and retrospect I probably should have just left my own packaging it came in to at least identify it but it's kind of too late for that but then again it didn't tell you to do that it was supposed to go in the clear bag so I have no clue......edit sept 24 I did respond to the owner who requested me to contact to reach out to them I never did hear back as of now

I've been waiting for a package from California. The UPS tracking # says they have my package. It hasn't moved since, that was a week ago. I stopped in the UPS store to get things figured out. The UPS store employee says she can't help me. She's not UPS. What??? The sign says UPS store.

I often use this location. I dropped off 4 packages yesterday, 3 of which scanned in and moved correctly. The 4th most important package was to be overnighted. This package was never scanned in, I stopped into the store twice today and called. They claimed the package would be delivered on time but missed a scan and guaranteed me this package was picked up. Waited all day for tracking to update, only to find it was NOT picked up or scanned yesterday and is just now being moved. A waste of almost $100 for shipping for NOTHING.

Copies are 15 cents but they charge you $3 if they need to open an email.
