Unfathomably slow. This issue is only exacerbated by their self help kiosk never working. What should be a quick 2 minute in and out at the kiosk with a pre purchased shipping label turns into an hour in line with only 3 people ahead of me.

Wouldn't deliver my stuff because a dog looked at them through a door and won't answer their phones at all! Come on!

I understand places get busy and you have to have patience, but when you go to a department store if you have a long line, they usually put more than one person on register. Especially when the line is out the door!.
