Unfathomably slow. This issue is only exacerbated by their self help kiosk never working. What should be a quick 2 minute in and out at the kiosk with a pre purchased shipping label turns into an hour in line with only 3 people ahead of me.

Went and got my passport pictures here and everything was great. Asked when I would get my birth certificate back since they send it in order to get your passport and the WONDERFUL passport lady said they would send it back before I get my passport in the mail…well fast forward a month and my passport comes in the mail on Friday, but no birth certificate. So I call today since everything was closed yesterday, waited on hold a couple minutes and spoke to a women who said she would be right back, someone else picks up the phone and I said that I had spoke to another woman who said she would be right back but before I could say anything this woman hangs up the phone! Like what?! So I call back bc I need my birth certificate and after waiting forever I get the wonderful lady who hung up the phone back 🙄 and she says that she never said I would get my birth certificate back AFTER my passport so I asked why I was misinformed the first time, she proceeds to get real snippy with me saying that it’s not the post office’s responsibility to know where our documents are and if we get them back that is the US department of state not the US post office and I proceed to ask for their phone number and she tells me to look it up. Anyway if you need anything done don’t go to the Massillon post office bc the employees there obviously hate their lives and try to be as little help to any customers that come in and make it as miserable and difficult as they can with laziness, rudeness and lack of any life.

Had tracking on an envelope that said was delivered 2/14 at 5:15pm (a tcg card worth 25 bucks)I get home from work at 4:30pm and did receive mail however upon seeing the tracking it says it was delivered to my address in my mailbox never showed up, I had to contact the seller and they did a missing package report with usps and they told me usps package was missing?!?! Why scan out mail if you don't deliver it? Thankfully, the seller gave me a refund for the missing order, but I've had three packages now that have come up missing in the last 2 months.

I understand places get busy and you have to have patience, but when you go to a department store if you have a long line, they usually put more than one person on register. Especially when the line is out the door!.

This is the worst post office ever. You guys really need to step up your game. Mail man is too fat and lazy to bring the package to my house. Got a redelivery note in the mail box and I was home all day. These people suck when I go in on Monday I’m raising hell we need a new mail team.

Our mailbox lock is seized up won’t open. I figured no problem a simple call to the post office will fix the issue. I call on my break only to get the phone picked up and hung up on 4 times. What is the deal? I tried using the 1-800 number but they referred me to the local office and confirmed that the number I was using was correct. Why have a phone number if you are just gonna hang up on everyone.

As useful as dryer lint. Last year we had to report our package stolen because the clerk said it was delivered with no proof, no package .. I was sitting in my living room when it was "delivered" It was never delivered..Now I have 2 packages that were supposed to be delivered earlier this week that are sitting in the Massillon facility... In transit to next facility.. That should be my house..

Our postal driver has to be one of the worst. I was going to add details, but its pretty much a common theme with branch. With all the bad reviews, you would think someone would step in.
