Absolutely hands-down one of the most beautiful flower arrangements I've ever received! Photos have NO filter and are unedited to show the true beauty of this florists flowers. Worth every penny!The delivery was also very patient as well as professional. Although I could not get to the door to receive my arrangement, they left a voice-mail explaining where I could locate my flowers. Excellent service!

Absolute worst customer service ever! I called with questions for a delivery to a calling hours service and was shocked by the lack of not only compassion, but just general common decency from the gentleman I spoke with. If this was literally my only option for a florist I would never suggest using this company!

Ordered a last minute flower arrangement, roses with the vase and the other stuff to be delivered. Ordered at 11:00am or around there and received the order around 3:00pm. The flowers were perfect, the delivery guy was extremely nice. Will definitely be a regular here. I ordered online so hopefully next time I don't procrastinate and I can stop in the shop and see who put the flowers together for me and thank them properly

Ordered through Ava's Flowers. I had no choice who made and deliver the bouquet for my friend who just had surgery. The flowers that were delivered looked no better if not worse than a grocery store bouquet. No effort or talent at flower arranging.

I ordered a planter for a funeral in Brewster. They did an amazing job on it. It was truly beautiful. Delivered to the funeral home. Excellent service. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs flowers or plants delivered. Also, stop in the store if you are in downtown Massillon. It is beautiful and a real treat to shop in.
