This was my first vehicle purchase and I am happy I went with Diehl. I worked with Avery and she did a great job helping me find the perfect car for me, without being pushy, and worked with my budget. Everyone was extremely friendly!

Terrible customer service!!. My husband went there to purchase a new car and when he first walked in he didn’t even get acknowledged. He had to talk to a manager to even get help. Then he finally got help and the girl acted like she didn’t even want to help him as if he was wasting her time. She wanted to check his credit before even discussing the deal! He was like no I don’t want to pull the trigger until I know what the deal is. After discussing what type of car he wanted she said if they didn’t have it she would get it in the following week for their appointment but didn’t. Long story short he took his business elsewhere and purchased a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe. Word of advice, stop profiling!!

Chris in the Hyundai service department was very rude and incredibly unprofessional.Editing: Service at Hyundai has been a bit tricky but Nate reached out to make it right with us. He was very kind, professional and understanding. We were pleased with our most recent service visit.

PREDATORY, BAIT AND SWITCH SERVICE CENTER.They told us that we have free oil changes when we buy the car, and we follow their printed stickers they put on the window after they did the first oil change, and now they tell us we have to pay for the next oil change because we are late, EVEN THOUGH we followed their sticker instructions perfectly.I called into the service center to talk to Chris, and he completely and openly admitted that the dealer made an error on the sticker, but was beyond snoody with me saying:“We will go bankrupt if we are writing off Hyundai’s charges.”“It wasn’t MY mess-up man.”“I dont make the rules, my last name isn’t Diehl.”Dude, how about some customer service? You admitted I was right and copped a massive attitude because I was upset about it? You guys made the instructions that we followed, and you get unprofessional on the phone with us when we have a problem with you charging us for your mess-up?Can’t even believe I’m typing this right now. See pictures for proof of odometer and the sticker they gave us after the last oil change.

My wife and I were looking to replace a car that we had given to our son, I had been to Diehl Hyundai's website and found a car we wanted to inquire about. We arrived at the dealership, took the car for a test drive and loved it. There was no pressure from the salesman to buy or check out any other car- everything was completely up to us and we decided to purchase the car. It was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend Diehl Hyundai of Massillon, Ohio.

I miss Waikem! I have been a loyal Waikem customer for almost 10 years. Since the transition to Diehl the customer service has plummeted. Trying to my car serviced every time is a nightmare. My latest experience is something as simple as needing a nail taken out of my tire and patched. When Waikem it was as simple as picking a day and time online and it was always a reasonable wait time. Not anymore. Tried to schedule online, nothing for over a month. I tried to call, no answer at the service department. Tried online chat, they said they would try scheduling me with Ford. Nothing after that, asked if she was still there, never heard from her again. I would go somewhere else but I have the extended warranty on tires and rims. I can't wait for my lease to be up and go somewhere else. Do not "deal" with "Diehl". I gave it 2 stars because the amazing salesman Vaughn has been a pleasure to work with.

I had a very great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Very polite, not too pushy, and negotiated a fair offer for the car. 1st rate experience. Our sales person was Steve Flotz. He is very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Dealership went over and beyond to help us with our purchase. We were not high pressured at all. If we had a question, we received a answer. If your out vehicle shopping, Diehl is a must. Remember, its not what you pay, its what you get in return. Many car dealerships could learn from Diehl how to treat customers fairly with respect. Thanks Steve, Mo & Sam.Thanks for the deal...Much appreciated....

Sold me a 2019 Hyundai and talked about how good the warranty was and then even charged me extra for a different warranty on top of the Hyundai one. 5 months later the cars burning oil, runs itself bone dry on oil halfway between oil changes. Every 1500 miles I put on it I have to add oil. Not what you expect for a newer car. Take it back in and they tell me "sorry isn't covered" service manager tells me "to be honest, get rid of it, they are all junk. They are selling these cars knowing the motors are junk and lying straight to our faces. Worse decision I ever made now I'm stuck with a $30k car that I'm just waiting for the motor to blow on.

I am new to the area. Had a gas cap latch that would not open. They said the price was $430 to fix it Outrageous!!! Part $130 labor $300. 2 hours @ $150 to analyze/install it. Told me I needed an engine air filter and cabin air filter. I only wanted a new latch. The time they spent looking for other things was probably part of the labor they tacked on for the latch. I was a fool to let them fix it. Service technician was new but he was just passing on the screw job. I almost always never go near a dealer but I was concerned since it was a gas latch and I did not want to have this happen again. Never go back!

This was by far the WORST attempt at a car buying experience my fiancé or I have EVER had. We had an agreed on price for our trade for the deal. There was a small electrical issue with the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We were told it would be fixed and were offered a 30 day warranty on it after purchase. We called Monday morning to place a deposit until we could get back. It took US calling them 3 times and a text message to even get a response. They did not run our deposit. After another phone call and text from us, the next day we were told there were no longer giving us those 30 days, and still did not run our deposit. Day 3 our deposit was ran. Day 4 we were told the bank wouldn’t give them payoff information on our current vehicle. We have NEVER had a dealership not be able to get this info when needed. After all of the run around and us basically having to chase them and demand communication we opted not to buy from them. Specifically Moe was the most unprofessional of everyone we dealt with and is the reason they ended up losing the sale. Wouldn’t recommend buying from them if you were my worst enemy. No one deserve the lack of respect they show to potential buyers.

Bought our Tucson hybrid from this dealer. Love the vehicle, but it took 4 hours to complete the purchase. And I just realized that they ran 4 hard credit checks that evening. I have gotten no response from the sales manager regarding this. I would buy another Hyundai, but I would go to a different dealer.

What’s the Diehl-io with Avery? I know, she’s a goated sales woman and spent the whole day trying to help me find my perfect car even after a couple fell thru :/ but she wouldn’t quit trying and ended up finding me a car I absolutely love! She has so much potential in this line of work and i can only see her going up! Thank you avery!

Our 80 yr old mom took her car to have recalls taken care of. Charlie Minner told her she needed $$$ worth of additional work. We had her bring car home so we can review what needed done but Waikem didn’t give her a copy of estimate and won’t return calls emails from us to see what needs done. Sounds like they were trying to take advantage of the elderly.
