I bought a Subaru Forester. Devin McVicker was my sales representative, and he was great to work with. He was patient, kind and courteous. I also met the General Manager and Sales Manager. They were very nice and helpful. All of this made for a great experience!

I had a very seamless buying experience with Erik Bettinger and sale manager Matt Coletta. I found the car I wanted online (Honda S2000) after months of searching for the right one. Erik had it ready and waiting to test drive when I arrived. I was able to complete the purchase very efficiently. All staff were very professional & helpful. I was able to drive the car back home to Virginia safely. I would definitely buy from this dealer again. Thanks again for the beautiful car again Erik.

Dan Auman was great. Very patient & trustworthy. He was honest & fair. I appreciated his input & how he helped me throughout this purchase. Not only is my car amazing, the dealership is very clean- they even have a snack bar!!!! Couldn’t recommend a better place.

When my husband and I were looking to make the jump from a sedan to an SUV, we had the best service and also felt comfortable. We didn't feel pressured in any way to buy, which was huge!We had in mind that we were going to lease or purchase a used vehicle, however Subaru was running an offer for qualifying candidates with a super low interest rate for new vehicles... so we ended up getting a new Subaru Forester.After this great experience we will be back, thanks to Dustin Shahan and team.

Bought a Crosstrek here. Rick Spieth was the best car dealer I have personally ever dealt with. Bought my first Subaru with him, and will buy all of my future cars through him. Such an excellent establishment with the kindest people. The service is incredible, and scheduling service is incredibly easy. I actually ran into Rick while getting my oil change and he shook my hand and thanked me for being his customer. Class act. Cheers.

Thorne was AMAZING to deal with! I went in with the intention of just looking and he made me feel so comfortable and at ease that I went ahead and bought the car. I got a fair price for my trade in and was on my way in just a few short hours on a Saturday afternoon with a rate about as good as my local credit union. Will definitely look for him when it comes times for my next upgrade. The finance guy was great as well...just all around pleasant experience!!

My husband and I had a great experience at Diehl Subaru Massillon. The process was stress free and pleasant. Paris was very thorough and knowledgeable. He sent pictures when we requested and pointed out flaws that didn’t show in pictures so there would be no surprises.He was very transparent and thorough. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. He even worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and was able to find us a vehicle that suited our needs and our budget.We love the car, it drives great, the monthly payment is perfect for our budget! We highly recommend Diehl Subaru Massillon- everyone was very professional and knowledgeable!

I recently purchased a new 2023 Forester from Diehl Subaru, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire process was made smooth and enjoyable by the exceptional service provided by Rick, one of the car salesmen. From the very beginning, Erik helped kickstart the sales process, and Rick’s years of experience in owning and selling Subarus truly shone through.Rick’s attention to detail when explaining the features of the new car was remarkable, making sure I understood everything about my new vehicle. Even though paperwork processes can be long and tedious, it was easy. I’m eagerly anticipating my meeting with Dennis to further discuss features after spending some time driving the car.I also want to highlight Rick’s proactive approach in reaching out with timely follow-up phone calls. Our Family decided to take a chance on finding a truck on CarGuru. We located one that we couldn’t pass up on and it was at the Diehl Subaru dealership in Ohio. We contacted the dealership and that’s where we first met Thorne. Thorne started the process and handled everything which was wonderful as we are in a different state. We made the 4+ hour trip and we’re immediately greeted by Thorne who had everything ready for us. A quick tour of the vehicle, a test drive and some paperwork and we were on our way. We really appreciated Thorne, his professionalism, and his knowledge, being as young as he is we were incredibly impressed with how knowledgeable he was with every aspect of his business and the vehicles! He’s going to have quite a career ahead of him! Thank you Thorne, we will be back!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Diehl Subaru's service department. I own a new BRZ that I am very particular about, and took it in yesterday morning to get new tires and wheels mounted. Unfortunately, while I was checking in to my appointment the front lip of my car was cracked pulling it onto the lift. The car is slightly lowered and it takes some getting used to to know where the end of the bumper is, so a completely honest mistake. I felt my heart sink immediately, but I work in sales at an RV dealership and know these things happen. It is not about the mistake, but how the dealership responds to it, and Diehl Subaru stepped up to the plate in a big way. The service advisor Kevin immediately notified me of the situation and did not hide anything at all. I was put in a loaner car for the day, and they immediately ordered a replacement lip for overnight delivery. Today I picked the car back up with a new lip perfectly installed, and I could tell my new wheels and tires were mounted with great care. I was kept in the loop about my situation constantly, further easing my mind. This was all done for me without asking, they simply wanted to make sure that I was taken care of. I will be referring anyone needing Subaru sales or service to Diehl, as I am simply floored by the level of care I was shown for an honest mistake, and needless to say will be returning for any other needs for my BRZ. I also want to commend the service advisor Kevin and technician Dave who oversaw the work on my vehicle and kept me posted on my situation for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you guys!

Just bought a 2023 Ascent Limited and am very pleased with the young man, Paris Ball, who worked with me. He was eager and polite and knew the ins and outs of finding the vehicle I wanted. Couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The young lady who deals with the paperwork got me in and out and signed within a half hour. If you want a Subaru, go to Massillon and ask for Paris Ball!BTW, I was a die hard Ford person. Had my Explorer Sport since 2016 but the Ascent Limited had more to offer at a better price! Check them out.

For a dealership that does have a great amount of good reviews, I do have to tip my hat off to them. 100 percent. I will have to leave all five stars just to maintain the reputation. Also, being in a business that is much similar.I do have to say after 24 hours of trying to contact the Subaru Store about a specific unit that was in stock, I was highly surprised to be told that "calls are at the bottom of this list." and was basically hung up on after. I was then called by someone in sales minutes after. What classifies at the top of the list? I know the name of the game is to get as much business in the door as possible. Confirming availability is what I wanted to do in order to set up a time to be there. I do understand that stores get busy, things happen. I understand there could be technical issues and so on. I was just highly disappointed in how I was treated, and how things were handled.
