I was very happy with my experience with Ziegler Tire Hills & Dales. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using them for all my auto maintenance. I was also very pleased with the tires Mike suggested. Very quite and smooth ride.

save your money and go to a mechanic that knows what they are doing these people split my head for over 3000$ and my vehicle came back with the same problems that it went in with, total Rip Off, they don’t know what they’re doing and want you to pay for them to try different things!!!!!!

Andrew at the Hills & Dales location is fantastic! I’ve been to this location numerous times when Mike was the manager, and I must say, they choose their management staff well. This time around I simply needed air in my kids bike tires and Andrew was more than happy to do so. I will spare the details of the next conversation, but I witnessed a TRUE manager who understands customer service at its core. What a great establishment!

I've been going to Ziegler Tire for years and have all of my car repairs and maintenance done here. I used to go to the location on Whipple Ave, but I have switched to the Massillon location because Mike Biery, store manager, switched locations.
My most recent visit was for an oil change, and as usual they got me right in for my appointment and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a try because Mike will take care of you

Easy to get in for an oil change. Quick service. Applied a coupon for a discount. Enjoyed coffee shop (Pioneer Coffee) in the same plaza while I waited.

I can't count the number of times Mike and his crew have helped me out with all my vehicles. Whether it's brakes for my cars or in my last visit replacing the rear differential, I have always been treated like family. I will always use Ziegler Tire for my family's car and tire repair.
