Staff are rude. Always just standing outside smoking. Watched one staff member be verbally combative and make like she was going to hit customer. Place always has aisles blocked off.

The Dollar General in Masury, Oh has two employees, specifically Beth and Terry, that constantly harass my family! Today they threatened to call the cops on my 5 yr old daughter along with her older relatives because she is on the spectrum and had a moment in the store. They single them out every single time they go there and the employees are on the shift! I have called the police and there is a report. I cannot wait to talk to corporate on Monday! This is outrageous! It is also an ongoing situation. The two fore mentioned employees use their title as a way of discriminating against people for their own personal reasons. They constantly threaten adults and children with police for no reason. Police are for emergencies, not because you don’t like someone. They are always rude. The customer service is disgusting. The rapport with customers is despicable and they should be ashamed of themselves! It’s not ok to treat people the way that they do. As a faithful customer to their store I shouldn’t have to feel such grief every time I make a purchase. I’m plainly and utterly appalled and extremely unsettled from their behavior over this last year and especially today! I really hope the corporate office will take the proper steps to remedy this egregious atrocity!

It is the dirtiest place I've ever been in.Anytime you go by no matter what time outside smoking nothing on shelf. ALL IN ISLE EVERYWHERE IVE NEVER SEEN A STORE THIS WAY

Corporate and the store manager need to get their priorities straight, the employees are suffering because of their negligence. As a review beneath me stated, their HVAC system is regularly inoperable forcing them to close early and providing a miserable working and shopping environment.

Before I begin I just want to explain the 1 star. The employees are fantastic, helpful and down to earth good hardworking people. They have all you need A-Z. If they don’t have it they will find it for you or order it. They are always well stocked with various products that you can’t find at other competitors.Moving on to my one star rating, they have been experiencing issues with the HVAC(heating and cooling) for a VERY long time. The owner knows exactly what is need to repair it but hasn’t. For months!!! It’s so bad that these poor employees who just want to earn an honest living and take care of there family cannot do so because of this issue. The store is constantly closing way to early. I feel horrible for all employees there. The HVAC system is an essential part of a building to maintain accurate temperatures. They have fruits and vegetables!!! How can that be maintained with no HVAC???? These poor employee’s…. They are the face of this company and they can’t even collect a proper paycheck because the owner has other priorities obviously. Please shop here by all means. I love this place and all the employees! Please help them and contact the company and help them!!! This is a chain store that not only is making the company look bad but it is also making people like us suffer for no reason.

Always a pleasant experience. Friendly. The workers put up with alot of riff raff. Hats off to them. EDIT:::: Ok it's Dec 31st 2021 now. I would like to know why the hostess cakes and donuts for this particular store are always out. And what's there,. The undesirables nobody buys are stale and hard. I have gone to 4 other dollar General stores around and every one is packed with fresh hostess pastries and cupcakes) hohos you name it. Very fresh too. Why can't the store on Addison road be like the rest and get reliable delivery personal with fresh pastries. Can't be all that hard.

Was walking into the store around 7pm and the employees were drinking beer and stopped me told me they’re closed and when i told them their website says open til 10. the one employee said with an attitude “well we’re closed”
