Brooke helped me with my iPhone upgrade at the Maumee oh store. Took about 20 minutes, no issues & no complaints. Was time for 5G upgrade. Brooke also explained about new att internet air coming soon.

We will never go anywhere else for tech equipment! Ennis was knowledgeable, personable, everything you would want a technician to be. We not only walked away with the perfect cell phone, but we left with a smile on our face and the feeling we had made a new friend. Ennis is an asset to AT&T and no doubt will go far up the ladder in the company.

Drove 40 minutes just told I couldn't pick up my phone because of issues . Literally placed an order online same day and my phone already shipped out . They seem like they didn't want help much cause they closed soon but hey I got free headphones for ordering online so it's a win.
