We gave them a pick up to complete and they acceptedthey never picked up and after 4th day of calling and sending emails over and over they still just will not answer the phone or emails.I don't foresee Platinum Cargo (a national broker ) ever giving them any more business

No call/ no show for first appointment. The driver that showed up the next day was extremely nice and very polite and courteous. His name was Frankie. He did an excellent job. I think the managers need to organize the routes a bit better for the drivers and for their customers.

They missed my original delivery date and then were late on the new date. More communication would have been appreciated as I had to adjust my work schedule around delivery.

Today April 27 at 12.51 I was call because they scheduled delivery time last week. 10 to 1 pm supposedly.. I call because no-one is come to leave my package. One men with very nasty and rude actitud answered me and he really mean and bad customer service. And hang up the call to me. Horrible experience.!!!!

Local pilot services offloaded my TV to colonial courier to be delivered. Though that was a bit inconvenient on pilots part. Colonial courier was extremely helpful and accommodating when I called to pick up my TV from their location. No complaints here.

My tv was sent to Colonial on 4/9 yet I keep getting emails from Pilot services with scheduled times. My tv was ordered from Walmart on 3/22 and yet as of today, I have no idea when I will receive it.

Rating 2 stars only because the driver was very nice. We got our new treadmill delivered today and one older man shows up. No help from a second person like usual delivery companies would do. If my husband wasn’t home today for the holiday vacation he took we would’ve had to reschedule the delivery. Makes absolutely no sense to send one person to deliver a 300 pound box when you aren’t even sure if this person will get help. Disappointed in this company and feel terrible for this worker who came out today. Hire more people to cover your deliveries.

Does your company teach all your drivers to tailgate? Vehicle #123 at 450 pm today 8-5-20 gping north on Reynolds Rd to a left on Hill Ave did this not only to me but other vehicles as well. This is no way to conduct business.

I felt so lucky and I received their call today... After reading all reviews, I decided to pick my 75“ TV on my own... They offered me a 3 hours window from 8-5, but thanks, I won't take risks...

Worst ever, they have had my 45 pound delivery for 4 days + the weekend and still haven't delivered it(30 minutes away). Call anybody else, if you have a choice, I didn't have a choice shipper picked them

Agent for Pilot, who is an agent for Amazon. Worst delivery service ever. If you order something from Amazon, and they show "Pilot" as the carrier, just cancel your order and buy it someplace else. You do not want to deal with Colonial Courier. The no show people.
