It is a Tuesday and I have called the banking center numerous times. I have been getting the message they are busy please hold , was transferred and put on hold. Very frustrated!!!!! They need to hire more help. It is now 3;00 and have tried hourly

Came in to set up a new account and Donna was supposed to help me but she made me wait for 15 minutes while she gossiped then when I was finally being helped she had a nasty attitude and told me i could go to the teller to make a new account then lied and told me i needed my birth certificate so i left and called the customer service number and they said i only need an id

All I wanted to do was change my address.Laura the representative there told me that I would need to provide my address on a utility bill or also ID. Or I wont be able to change it. I thought it was very inconsiderate of her and unhelpful for her to say that were my only options when there are more convenient ways to go about changing address which are going online, emailing change of address form or sending by way fax. Just goes to show you they really dont care about there customers. Quick to say \\\"no I cant help and thats it. Crazy thing is another rep gave me the form to send in a fax. Since she told me there were no other options

this is the worse credit union ever do not bank with them they deposited my check then put a hold on it and told me it would be available in 4 days not happy but said ok went back 4 days later and they put another hold on it for 10 days!!!! i cant get my own money out and all my bills are going to be late beware do not bank here
