I bring my mother-in-law here. Sam has been cutting her hair and does a wonderful job. She is super nice and so good with her. They both look forward to visiting. It is so easy to get her in here with a wheelchair and I can shop a bit while she is there. I am thankful. The store and the staff are always clean, well staffed, and polite. A gem.

I recommend going to JCPenney salon because the atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable.
Stylist: Jack is so good at doing hair, asking questions and making sure I received the hair style I wanted, and explaining each step of the process. Jack is very particular and detailed. Definitely request Jack as your hair stylist.

My wife got her hair colored there for a balayage came out looking like a child did it. Looks terrible. Would not come here for a hair color at all.

Awesome! I was fortunate enough to get an appointment before the holiday, the stylist I had was Brittany “P” ! She was amazing! She listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I was looking for and I am blown away by the stellar job she did on my hair. I had a cut and highlights (caramelizing) I have never been happier! I will definitely be back!

Highly recommend Samantha at JCP Salon at Faalen Timbers. She is very skilled. Did an excellent job on my color and trim. She listens to what you like and don't like, asks questions and then delivers exactly what you ask for. I will definitely be going back to see her on a permanent basis. I highly recommend her!

I called Wednesday, got in on Thursday for a haircut and color. Brittany George is my Stylist. It was my first visit there. She did an amazing job. Hair cut and color are perfect. I am beyond pleased with my hair. I would recommend this Salon, and more specifically recommend Brittany. It's been years since I was comfortable in a salon chair. I almost fell asleep a few times. So relaxed. I am a retired cosmetologist myself and I'm so impressed.

Brittany O does a phenomenal job. It's hard to meet someone so caring and she really does take time to make sure your highlights are perfect as well as style. I have curly hair and it is impossible to find someone to cut it right. I got numerous compliments as soon as I arrived at my event that evening. Definitely recommend her!!

Absolutely amazing salon! It's in a quiet corner of Penney's. Clean, spacious, well lit.Reasonable pricing!My Stylist, Destiny, is WONDERFUL!!! My hair is deceiving, it is much thicker than it looks and she cut my hair perfectly on my very first appointment! (Only 1 Stylist has ever been able to get the job done correctly in 25+ years).I've had 3 appointments since Oct 2021, and each time I chose very different cuts, Destiny did the job perfectly each time.Destiny also shaved a design in, 1 she had never done before, and she nailed it!!!Destiny also waxes my eyebrows, using just enough wax to get the job done. No excess wax that pulls off my skin above/below my brows. And like a true professional, she applies the wax so that my brows are shaped with no additional plucking afterwards!
