I have went to Maddie since November 2024, she does a great job and I enjoyed my visit with her. She allowed my experience at the nail salon very welcoming and relaxing which was the most importance goal for me.
However, my visit with her today was unprofessional and truthfully I am out of words. During the visit, she expressed importance of being aware of any lifting on the nail that can result in fungus. I’m glad she made me aware and ensure that she would
Ensure this wouldn’t be a concern during my visit as she would fix any concerns she had. During the conversation she continue to express concerns that I felt a certain way toward the conversation and continue to bring it back up even after me Expressing not having any concern. During the conversation after attempting to change the subject by myself, it was brought up that during my repair appt from the previous appt with Maddie, how the nail tech did mention lifting and how the concern of this by the nail tech. I did share with Maddie that I did not have
Goals to bring this up but due to this conversation I did want to make her awareness of this.
Maddie did share that she would ensure doing different things to prevent this and continue to share importance of nail care. When limited reply by myself… Maddie became defensive on this and asked if I wanted to see another nail tech and if I wanted to have management aware of this situation. I share with Maddie that I did not want to and if I did I would have reached out prior if it was a concern. I also shared that I wanted her to do my nails or I would have requested another nail tech prior to the visit. I did share how I felt if the lifting could have caused fungus how I wished that the nail tech could have offer this being fixed as it was pointed out within the timeframe of the repair policy.
After this conversation, Maddie shared that the visit felt different and asked if I felt uncomfortable. I did share it was uncomfortable because it truly did. I just wanted my nails done and wanted time to relaxed. Maddie asked what I wanted to do and I offered for us to talk about something else. I reflected to Maddie that I wanted her to do my nails and identified no concerns.
Maddie continue to share she felt uncomfortable continue with my nails due to this and shared (remind you in the middle of my nails) that someone else would be completing my nails. I was confused at this point why we could move forward and just finish the services. I made multiple statements that I had no concerns and that I wanted her to do my services.
Maddie made it known that she was not completing the service.
I’m disappointed that this even occurred, that I didn’t offer a professional services, and know feel uncomfortable even retuning to this location. I just wanted to get my nails done and relax and I truly thought I found a nail tech.
I did request to communicate with a manager but I’m unsure if this request will be submitted.

Was a loyal customer but since they have changed to their own polish brand it is very disappointing. Gel or regular does not matter, it does not stay on your nails. Do not waste your money or time!

Madison is a true artist. She was so kind and wonderful to talk to. She made the whole experience very relaxing. She made sure I was comfortable and had something to drink. As far as the nails, she really took her time to make sure they looked their best, but was very quick and efficient. I got a French manicure, but her nail art is STUNNING. If I wasn’t in such a hurry I would have asked her to do some designs! Next time I get my nails done, I’m definitely going back to her. It was a very positive experience.

I do not live in Maumee, I’m actually from Texas. I walked into this establishment and was greeted by Mallory who was vey kind and sweet! Very refreshing! I proceeded to the bathroom and as I walked through this business I noticed how clean everything was, even the bathroom which is very important! Peaceful and calm atmosphere throughout which is just what I needed as the past two weeks have been so very stressful! Onto my pedicure with Julie! THE BEST pedicure EVER and I’m not exaggerating! Julie was talkative and so very nice! I WILL be back! My husband and I are in the area one week a month so I will reserve Jonathon Khoi Nail Spa for my monthly pedi! Thanks so much Mallory and Julie for making a Texan feel so comfortable on a FREEZING icy day!!💕❤️

Disappointed after my first visit to this salon.
Asked for the first photo but received a poor manicure with a large gap between the cuticle and design. This was after multiple attempts for them to correct the design

Great service but very very expensive $91.00 for a pedicure with gel polish I made appointment on line thought it was going to be $71.00 did not know it was $20.00 for gel polish

I received a pedicure 5 weeks ago and my toes still look great. No chipping at all! Their polish was used, not gel. Will definitely go again!

Had a deluxe pedicure they took their time and it was amazing. My feet felt so much better. The store was very clean and organized. The staff was fantastic got me all set up in the chair and offered me a beverage and told me to just back and relax. It was an outstanding experience and I recommend Jonathon Khoi Maumee. Don't forget to get the deluxe pedicure
