I had two pairs of pants shortenend. After first time wearing pant, the stitching started falling out. I took both pairs of pants back to have resewn/reinforced. The owner mildly yelled at me saying its my fault because bottom of pant was dragging. She fixed them both reluctantly. Never been back.

I like to give the benefit of a doubt when mistakes happen. (Everyone makes them)However, there has been three separate occasions where something wasn’t right and this final time my shirt got ruined. I won’t be returning to this establishment and would tell others to consider other options as well.

Terrible! Took men's shirt in - one shirt - so I had to pay extra for the hanger and plastic covering - absurd!!! When I picked up the shirt there was soil around the collar like it was never cleaned. Asked them to redo it and pick it up today - looks a little better but not as it should. The woman is rude and not customer friendly at all. Don't waste your time or money on this "business". I'd say 0 star rating.

I took my daughter's BRAND NEW prom dress to be altered. The alteration was done well, however, I immediately noticed there was some sort of stain (presumably grease of some sort) on the dress. I am 99% certain it was NOT there when we dropped it off. It is VERY noticeable and I WOULD have seen it before. When I mentioned it the woman just said that she must have gotten it by "brushing up against something else". Again.... BRAND NEW DRESS!!!!Service: Alterations

Took a $900 suit here for dry cleaning that had only been worn once to my son's wedding. Went to wear it about a month later and it had shrunk at least 2 sizes too small. Sleeves were 4 inches too short and the shoulders were so tight I was afraid I would tear all the stitching. So I knew the only way a worsted wool suit would shrink that much was putting it into a washing machine. The lady proprietor refused to take responsibility and said she did not put it into a washing machine. Only offered to alter the sleeves and clean it again. I then returned to Men's Wearhouse where I purchased the suit and told them of the problem. The seamstress who altered my suit showed me the seams where she had altered the jacket ... they were frayed and ruined so she couldn't do anything to help me. She said the only way to cause that much damage was to put it in a washing machine. She spoke with the manager and since the suit was one of their top lines and it's ruination was not my fault, they were willing to order me a new jacket at 1/4 of the original cost and do the alterations for free. The slacks were a little tighter from before so they will also let those out at no cost. Hats off to Men's Wearhouse and DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANING business!!!! If I could give them no stars I would. They have lost my business forever!!!

Brought an expensive suit for dry cleaning and it was shrunk. A $2,300 suit now looks and hangs like a $400 suit. They let the waist to make the slacks wearable, but the suit will never be the same. Never again. Jerry Z.
