I was in the branch today and had the sheer pleasure of working with Erica Moore. Not only was she knowledgeable, but friendly and very genuine. I would highly recommend. I look to forward to any business there in the future.

I’ve been a KeyBank customer forever and am generally happy w/ them, however it seems like every time I go to this ATM recently its not working. A couple weeks ago, it was down completely and then tonight I went to deposit cash + checks and it would only take the checks. Very inconvenient.

Avoid key bank like the plague, complete joke went to open a key bank account and cash a signficant check and was treated like a door mat and was told to come back a different day because they didnt want to take the time to do it. Can say for sure that I won't be a customer. Complete waste of your valuable time.

I have had key bank for years the absolute worst customer service I have ever had was at this branch! The branch manager is very rude!

Sometimes efficient, but I feel as if my visit is about what the BANK wants, not me. When I went to confirm my POD, this lady would not stop rambling about how excellent their credit card is. I think (after years of patronage) I will flat-out close the account. Shame.

I love this bank. The employees are always helpful, and banking with them couldn't be more convenient. Even after banking with other companies, Key Bank is definitely my favorite.

I have done business with KeyBank from the beginning..always a positive experience..never had any issues. I would NEVER consider allowing another bank to handle my finances. By the way, I am a former KeyBank employee--worked credit card collections downtown Toledo.
