There is hardly any waiting compared to other pharmacies. They do more than prepare prescriptions; they offer advice, perform clinical services, and administer many vaccinations. The convenient online tools make it easy to manage prescriptions. The staff is wonderful and helpful throughout the store, with a wonderful selection of everything. Customers feel the staff really cares about getting them what they need.

I started getting my prescriptions at the south Reynolds store and I have to say there is hardly any waiting as compared to my previous one and the employees are super nice.. So glad I switched to Kroger on S Reynolds ?

Kelsey and Hannah were so kind and patient as we were resolving issues with my refills. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and were able to still get my orders filled same day despite obstacles out of their control. I felt like they really cared about getting me what I needed.
