Kelsey and Hannah were so kind and patient as we were resolving issues with my refills. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and were able to still get my orders filled same day despite obstacles out of their control. I felt like they really cared about getting me what I needed.

This location is actively engaging in fraudulent payroll practices. They regularly short the paychecks of their employees by dozens of hours , particularly when overtime pay is owed. DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB AT THIS STORE, YOU WILL NOT BE PAID PROPERLY OR FAIRLY.

Left the hospital and went to pick up a prescription. Arrived and was told it was going to be another half hour. Not that big of a deal, picked it up and went home. Later in the evening I opened the bag to discover they put the wrong medication in.

I refilled my omeprazole in the kroger app. It said ready in five days (April 5th). By the 7th nothing happens. I call. They say it wasn’t in their system (even though I had it pulled up) but that they would put it in now. It’s now been a week and STILL NO MEDICINE.

Horrible pharmacy. I will never patronize this one again. Never answer their phone—as stated many times previously. Have switched to Kroger at Detroit/Glendale. Prompt phone answering. Professional and accurate service. There is no excuse for any venue dealing with as significant an issue as medication dispersal to be as negligent as this pharmacy on Reynolds in Maumee. Avoid at all costs.

I agree with everyone who says they don’t answer the phone. Trying to pick up a prescription and they didn’t have it. The doctor tried to call it in verbally several times and they didn’t answer. I was told that someone watches the phone. When I said they clearly don’t since no one is answering, the teller stormed off into the back room. Clearly this review won’t do anything since there are many complaints about the same thing - but maybe it will deter someone out there to go to a different pharmacy.

I'VE SPENT 8 HOURS CALLING THE PHARMACY TO FIND OUT IF MY SCRIPT WAS READY AND THEY HAVEN'T PICKED UP THE PHONE ONCE. TALKED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 TIMES, GOT HUNG UP ON AND NO ONE WOULD HELP. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY I WOULD PUT 0 STARS IF I COULD.

Want a prescription filled? Too bad. They won't answer their phones. Want to avoid going inside by using the drive through? Too bad. They close down their drive through when they can't keep up with the work flow. Ended up going inside and they were not busy enough for that excuse. Just poor time management on their behalf again. I would give a negative rating if I could. This is a common pattern for this pharmacy. Out of protest for not having a zero star rating option, I made a second google account just to give them another 1 star rating.

Drive through is never open. During peak times there is only 1 person helping 12+ people in line, despite having 3 areas to help people and other people there working. Will be changing all of my prescriptions to rite Aid.

I pick up prescriptions for my husband a couple of times a month. I also have gotten flu shots and other vaccinations at this Kroger. We have never had a problem with getting a prescription filled in a timely manner. We have found that sometimes they have to wait for the doctor's office to okay a prescription. That is not the fault of the pharmacy. I have always been treated with respect.
