The saleslady came to my house she assessed my fascia metal and set me up for an appointment, the installation crew came and did a wonderful job they installed new metal and when they left they cleaned up behind themselves where you couldn't even tell they were even there, friendly professional crew thank you Emma, Dave, crew and company, this is an awesome company to deal with I would and will recommend to my family, friends or anyone that needs gutter fascia work this company.

The price was satisfactory. The saleswoman was knowledgeable and friendly. The job was scheduled and finished in just days. The installation was thorough and professional, although your installer could have used a better vehicle. I have already made one referral and will most likely refer more friends and family. The only thing I did not get was a sign for my yard to show the neighborhood what great work you do.

Dear Leaf Filter,
The job that was performed on my condo (Tol23359) turned out to be subpar and not what was promised at the time of estimate, payment and installation.
Your filtration system may work, but if your installation is not performed well, what good is the system???
This is the second time I having someone come out to my home to fix my problems and finish the job I was sold by your pushy salesman.
Rain water still drips from the edges of my gutters. (See the attached videos.)
The first time a service technician came to fix the issues, he laughed and told me straight out that the installation was performed lazily, rushed and incomplete! And then even HE didn’t complete the rear portion of my home and lied and said he did!!!
What kind of people do you outsource to service your system?
Installation and service technicians rush through their jobs and do not give the customer support promised at purchase.
Your company should be ashamed to have your sign in my yard with water not flowing through the gutters properly and dripping so much from the edges... I know I am!!
At this point, I would NOT refer anyone to Leaf Filter without a caveat to throughly inspect the job before you sign yhe work order and the installation person leaves...like get on a ladder and inspect the entire job and make sure it is up to your personal standards.
And who wants to do that????
I have lost all trust in Leaf Filter and am super disappointed in the level of the service technicians you contract. They need to be held to a higher standard!!!
$14 per square ft and 50% of the job looks like you were never even here!!

Leaf filter told me they could provide services of primed boards and replacement of a rotted board. I ended up having to prime my facia boards myself and when the installers were there they refuse to replace the rotted board that was part of the facia that they said would be replaced. I didn't sign any completion papers or authorize them to charge my account until the job was complete and they did it anyway. They will tell you what you want to hear to sell the job and then NOT follow through. They are CON ARTIST.

After the job, the sofit fell apart, called to repair but no response, had to hire others to repair it, they apparently lowered the facial board in order to lower gutter in the process the sofit came apart

I recently had leaf filters installed at my primary resident. The salesman Alde was a friendly guy and assured me that they are the best seamless gutter company in existence. I then scheduled and had the installation the following week. The Installers arrived and began installation. They were very friendly and one of the workers had his young son helping. We talked and laughed until I noticed the soffit they were installing were very clean on one side but filthy on the other side. I asked his son to see it and he hesitated until I asked him to turn it over. He then flipped them, and I saw they had painted my old soffit and was reusing them. I immediately was upset and said, "I paid for new material so why are you using the old material?" "He said the company didn't order enough stock" I said why didn't you tell me what you were doing?" "You are taking advantage of me, and I don't appreciate it!" He made a phone call and said they will be back the next day with new material. They did return and replaced with new material. I wanted and inspection to be sure that the rest of the home was new material. I called the Maumee office and spoke with Katlyn. She scheduled me for 4-6pm inspection. Bruce called back and said, "inspections are only done in the A.M". I said, "I work" He said "they will only come out in the morning." I scheduled the appointment for 8am and asked for corporate number. Jack said I cannot speak with corporate and when I called the corporate number it sends me to Maumee, Ohio office. I'm not satisfied with the shiesty behavior of this company or their contracted workers. They are in this together the lack of concern when you call to complain. I will be pursuing this issue to be sure no one else is taken advantage of. Please share story.
