I read a few negative reviews, but my experience was great. Check in was a breeze, had an MRI done, that went without a hitch, and then a blood draw, that also went without a hitch. Every staff member I dealt with was pleasant and friendly.

*NOT A FULL SERVICE BLOOD LAB* If they cannot process any of the tests you need in their own lab, they will not drawn blood & send it out. They wanted to only do a partial panel for me & send me on to a hospital lab for the rest, so a had to grab my order & rush off to the Pathology lab at Golden Gate (by 9am, which is on the order). They did all of my bloodwork at the the second lab. It was a stressful morning but thankfully I got what I needed before I had to start all over again on another day, including fasting.

Been here twice and both times I went in and come out within 10 minutes if that. Very fast and friendly people.

My husband tried paying a bill online twice and couldn't do so successfully so I tried doing it over the phone and was also unsuccessful. Today I have called twice now and am currently on hold, saying I'm the next caller yet it's been over 30 minutes and I still have yet to speak to someone or even get a call back. It's only a $20.00 bill and I have never had this much trouble trying to speak with someone to pay a bill! This is obnoxious.

The woman to sign me in as well as draw my blood was amazing. She calmed me, I dont do needles well, and helped me relax. Didnt even feel the needle go in, and she was very sweet.
