Terrible customer service, very rude tellers, long lines and a "do it yourself" mentality. I'm sorry, I thought this was a bank that PROVIDED services not "you'll have to use our website or call our 1-800 number.". This location is the WORST!

Kay Walters has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in banking. I would bank someplace else.

7 people in line, 2 tellers, 1 Greeter. Why not Take care of customers instead of chit chat to all those waiting. Take drive thru customers first. After 10 plus minuets wait finally to Shelly. No hello, no sorry for your wait, no eye contact. This location deserves negitive stars!!!

This is the stupidest branch due to their appointment rule. If one could book an appointment online easily I'd at least do a 3 star. But no. Theres no place to do that. And if you try to call there is no option on the menu to schedule anything. So you actually have to go into the lobby to schedule (at least in this case) for another day. Its time consuming and a waste of my time. If you want to implement this then make a user friendly web page. The DMV in Michigan requires appointments and it is relatively simple to schedule. If I'm saying the DMV is more user friendly than you, there's a major problem

Even though the bank was not busy, a door attendant made us go through a QR code process that was stupid and time consuming. I observed older folk being asked to follow this process and subsequently leave. I will stick to Chase where you're greeted and assisted without the QR and 10 texting steps. No thanks PNC...

I'm not a PNC customer. And after today at this branch, not much chance I'll ever become one.I walked into the lobby for a quick piece of business that had to be done at a PNC branch. There was one active teller in the lobby, and one working the drive through. There were at least three other employees in the branch, none of which were servicing customers. And there were NINE customers waiting in line in the lobby.Did any of the unoccupied staff assist any of the customers waiting in line ? Nope ! One actually grabbed her purse and, with a big smile, walked right past the waiting customers and out the door - going to lunch !What lousy customer service ! And after seeing no response from PNC on any of the negative reviews here, it's clear they don't care.

My step mother went into this location on Monday the 12th of September 2022. I was on the phone with her while she was standing in front of the teller. I told her to make a cashiers check to liberty title. She told the teller, I heard the teller repeat it, then we ended the phone call. She was told by Erin the branch manager that midland title and liberty title WERE THE SAME BUSINESS when filling out a gift letter to help us buy our home. So when Erin was obviously not correct she refused to correct her mistake and also refused to confess that she had made one at all. When asked to speak to a manager, she giggled and said “well that’s me”. Very unprofessional and entitled attitude from someone that has no business being a manager.

The branch in Maumee is the worsed branch I have been into out of all the bank branches I have been in. I'm disappointed with PNC customer service all the way around. I have a dispute in progress that I don't think will get resolved in my favor. With that said if it doesn't, I will be forced to look for a better banking institution.

My parents both were infected with Covid-19 in mid-June. My mother died on July 9th and my father is still in rehab. On July 13th I took a Power of Attorney to the branch off Dussel drive to retrieve my mothers funeral arrangements from my parents safe deposit box. The woman I spoke to would not allow me in to get my mothers arrangements. She said she had to send the POA to the corporate office for approval. So now I wait and grieve with my family much longer than need be because I cannot get my mothers funeral arrangements from their safe deposit box. What other legal document do I need to get into a relatives safe deposit box. You would think the people at PNC would have some compassion and follow up with corporate to expedite the process. But no, I called them on July 15 and they did not have an answer. Do you think they might call corporate to expedite things? No, so my family waits and waits and waits..........

Every time I walk in I'm greeted by friendly faces. Sometimes the service gets slow, but that's only due to long lines. The staff is friendly and welcoming!

The worst branch I've been too by far.
