There are also occasional issues with prescription availability, where a customer may make multiple trips only to be told an item cannot be ordered, leading to frustration and wasted time. I've been going to Rite Aid for years and this is the 1st time I was told that if you pay n go on the app then you don't have to go in the main drive -thru line. So, I appreciate the Pharmacist/Pharmacy tech for letting me know.

Basic....pharmacy....they lock the bathroom doors which is a pain in the hunting someone down for the key.
