“I cannot say enough good things about KinderCare Maumee. My daughter has been attending since August 2023, when she was 3 months old.
They are a bit more expensive than other options in the area, but I think it is worth it. Some of the things I like most are:
1) the attention that the teachers pay to the children. Even the teachers that are not directly involved with my child know her name and make a point of interacting with her.
2) the devotion that the teachers have to their jobs. The infant room always decorated for holidays, and now in my daughter's toddler room they decorate using artwork that the kids make. The teachers pay special attention to new skills that the kids are gaining, and make a point to tell me about exciting new things my toddler has done when I pick her up each day.
3) the connection. There is an app that you can download to your phone that will give you updates throughout the day; I know when she eats, when her diaper is changed, and best of all I can receive photos and videos throughout the day of fun things she does! You can turn off these alerts if you want to, but I love them.
4) the food. Sometimes I get jealous of the meals that my daughter eats! Just this week, her breakfasts have had pancakes and zucchini muffins. Lunches have included black bean mac and cheese, pizza, and tuna fish. They always make sure to have a protein, a fruit, and a vegetable.
Please give KinderCare Maumee a try- I don't think you will be disappointed.”

“My son was enrolled at a daycare that had a biting problem, we started touring our local daycares to find a new childcare for him. We came across Sylvania Children’s Center after many we didn’t like and fell in love with this center as soon as we stepped in. Every classroom we walked into, every teacher was engaged with the children. The children were sitting down at the tables and were so involved in their small group! It really showed that this wasn’t just put on because a tour was coming through! You could tell every single day, this was their routine! The other thing I really loved was how clean it was! There’s no outside shoes allowed past the lobby area and you can smell how clean it is soon as you walk in. My son absolutely loves his teachers and loves going every day! I would recommend this place over and over again to any family needing childcare!!”

“I couldn't be happier with OTR! My daughter was there for 2.5 years before she went to kindergarten. She is finishing kindergarten next week and was extremely prepared and did very well. My 3 year old will be starting preschool at OTR in the fall, and we know he will love every minute!!”

“Lovely aerial studio for all skill levels! The teachers are very friendly, thorough, and creative. The mats get sanitized after each practice and the equipment is in great condition. I highly recommend this studio!!”

“My son recently turned 4 years old and he’s been attending Magic Moments Academy for 2 months now. I have nothing to say but great things about this school. All of the staff are wonderful not just the teachers. My son was not interested in potty training when he started and with the help of his teacher he’s really made progress in a short amount of time. He’s also a little speech delayed but since starting at Magic Moments his vocabulary has exploded. What stands out to me the most are the other students that are so welcoming and they all greet my son when he comes in for the day and want to give goodbye hugs at the end of the day. This is my son’s first time in daycare his entire life and it has been such a smooth transition that I can drop him off and go to work with no worries. They even have an app that is updated every time a child has a snack or uses the potty or lays down and wakes up from a nap. I’d also like to point out how exceptionally clean the school is, it always smells so clean when you walk in and you can usually see someone cleaning something whether you are coming or going. I love it so much I’m in the process of enrolling my 6 year old for after school care. Definitely an excellent school that really cares about the children.”

“Both the church and school are full of loving, welcoming people. A relationship with Christ is preached, taught, and emphasized as opposed to “rules and standards.” It’s a diverse body of believers, with lots of ministries and areas to get involved in.Love God, love others - that’s what’s most important.”

From the beginning, Paula and Michelle were so kind, gracious and had a spot for my child to join their school. Any parent who has to go through the hustle of finding childcare knows it’s nice to have an open door that’s welcoming!

“It’s been a struggle to find a nice good day care. I finally found one when I took my son here! He has been improving so much all around he is talking more becoming more independent. I absolutely love how involved everyone is! They tell me how happy he is there and I can actually see it. When I pick him up he doesn’t even know I’m there he so caught up with playing and interacting with the other kiddos. Best place for daycare!”
