I booked an appointment with Hannah (‘The Handpainted Hairstylist’ Cummins) after being quoted a firm price that was supposed to include everything (cut, color, and any extra product needed). However, when it came time to pay, the total was $100 higher than the price she had confirmed in writing.
I was understandably upset and reached out afterwards to clarify the pricing and request a fix. Instead of working toward a resolution, she insisted I had agreed to extra costs during the appointment (which never happened), also stated there was “nothing to fix”, and then blocked me from further communication. That kind of response speaks volumes about her professionalism and accountability.
To make matters worse, the end result of my hair was not what I had asked for, and the quality of her work does not match the high price she charged. I now need to pay another stylist to fix it.
While she may present herself professionally, the lack of transparency in pricing and unwillingness to address concerns left me very disappointed. I recommend taking extreme caution if booking with her!

Brittny is AMAZING!!! I've gotten my hair cut by her and my nails done by her and i'm so impressed with how thorough she is, kind and personable and shes very talented at what she does! Thank you so much Brittny for everything! Can't wait to get my hair colored next!

I had a bad experience with Hannah Cummins, The Hand Painted Stylist so I wrote a one star review. I am now dealing with her publicly badmouthing/lying and randomly messaging people she does not know, but I certainly do! this is how she treats her clients. Beware ladies!
